I've been having really bad thoughts and they've been getting worse.

Tonight, I and my family went out to eat and I was falling asleep and then out of nowhere, my brain was like, "No one will care if you're gone." and the images in my mind were... I don't know how to describe it. I don't understand. People say that I'm fine but then shit like that happens out of nowhere...
