Guysssss I need helppppppp

I posted a thing like this a while ago with a recent pic of me, but I think I've narrowed it down to two ideas.

I'm going to DragonCon in September (I think??) and I'm going in cosplay both days. The first day I plan on going as the Eleventh Doctor, but the second day I have two ideas. I either want to go as the Green Arrow from the TV show Arrow, or the Winter Soldier from Captain America: The Winter Soldier. I was leaning a bit towards the Green Arrow since Stephen Amell will be there and that could lead to an interesting conversation, but then again the Winter Soldier is tied with Loki for my favorite Marvel character. (Call Bucky a villain and I'm out okay he's not a villain and I stand by that statement) and plus a Winter Soldier cosplay would just be super cool man like I'd have a metal arm and if that's not cool then idk what is. Obviously it wouldn't actually be metal but you get the point.

What do you guys think? I really need your opinions!
