So far I can tell you that:

Cucaracha ( or 'litte form' cucarachita ) = cockroach 

zapatos = shoes 👡👡

& mentira = lie

*I've just found that song, heard it for the first time - & didn't understand all the lyrics yet

- but I understood the general sense of the song:

which is: This 'cucharachita' says that she has or does something - but it later turns out not to be true  ( so she's just 'making stuff up' & boasting about untrue things - but when the singers find out that she was lying - they laugh at what she said before and say what it really looks like )
