Backstory: He used to be a housecat, before the family threw him out into the dog park for reasons. His name was Muffin, and he didn't like that, so he changed it to Dusty. All the dogs immediately liked him, even though he was a cat, especially a dog named Shark. The two are now best buddies, despite Dusty annoying the heck out of grumpy Shark.
