Name: Mikoto Yukimura

Appearance: He looks like Deku but with bluish white hair. Blue eyes and pale skin. Freckles. Usually always seen with a white and black scarf wrapped around his neck.

Personality: Kind, Caring, Supportive, Ambitious, and Tolerant. He's very optimistic about life. Sometimes, he tries to keep everything under control when the situation gets out of hand (Especially with Bakugou).

Sexuality: Pansexual

Quirk: Snow Manipulation.

Pros: He can create and shape snow in various ways, precipitation in the form of flakes of crystalline water ice. Since snow is composed of small ice particles, As a granular material with an open and therefore soft structure, unless subjected to external pressure. He could control the snow from his body and casts it as an attack towards his enemies.

Cons: In some cases, he may be unable to create snow, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources. Such as it could melt under heating pressure from fire manipulators (Like Endeavor), rendering him useless in battle.

Likes: Ice Cream, Hot Chocolate, Marshmallows, Fluffy things, Snowboarding, Dogsledding, And His Friends.

Dislikes: Bakugou (Cause he's an asshole), Loud Noises, Rude People, and Fire.

HeroName: (Only if he ever gets into Class 1-A) Yuki Otoko meaning "Snow Man".

Mother-Yuki-Onna (Fumiko Yukimura)

Bio: Mikoto was born to the son of the female hero: Yuki-Onna and Taichi-san. He known Izuku and Kacchan during middle school. Unlike everyone else, he was supportive to Deku despite him being quirkless. While Deku and Bakugo got into Class 1-A, he was transferred to Class 1-C.

Trivia

He was originally named Yukiho Aomori.

His mother is a hero who goes by the name: Yuki-Onna which means Snow Woman or Snow Queen or Snow Lady. Mikoto reveals that she is a yandere for his father. Touch him and you die...

He passed the physical exam with only a few points...

He known Midoriya and Bakugou during middle school. He has a dislike for Bakugou because he used to bully Izuku...

Mikoto's Dad is quirkless but his mom isn't. Luckily, he developed their mother's quirk when they were born.

Because of his supporting nature, he was originally going to be put in the support class but I decided not to do that for obvious reasons and put him in class 1-B.

Mikoto's father owns a fish market and is the head chef there.

He does not like the flame hero: Endeavor, because of a personal story that his mother had with him...
