"Welcome to the The Athenian School of Sorcery, Wizardry, and Witchcraft-- TASSWAW or Athenian for you unwitting first years! My name is Headmistress Godfrey, though, while you are here, I would like you to call me by my proper title of Championess. Now, as great as it is to see all of you who are returning back, it's time that we welcomed our rookies!"

Another, more regal looking witch walked up. With less scars than Championess Godfrey, but more age on her, she was a stark difference.

"Thank you, Championess. My name, for those that do not know, is Professor Kin. I am the Magical Theory teacher. One by one, each of you will stand in front of the stained glass windows. The visages of the Gods will then decide which house you shall be in. But first, we must introduce, or, in more cases, reintroduce those Houses. First, there is the house I lead over; House Hephaetus!"

One of the stained glass windows lit up, and the man featured inside stood, looking curious and bored over the first years. He also spared a gentle nod to Kin.

"Then, once led by Championess Godfrey, but now led by her brother, Transfiguartion Professor Godfrey, House Dionysis!"

The window next to Hephaetus lit, and the man drawn inside that one scanned his purple eyes over the crowd excitedly and warmly, before turning to talk to Hephaetus in an unknown language.

"House Zeus, led by Assistant Headmaster Ralley!"

As the window on the far right lit up, a skinny, short man stood, and went by the window. The overconfident looking man in the window seemed to be trying to flirt with the AH.

"House Hestia, led by Charms Professor Bownes!"The First window from the left lit up, and a sweet looking lady smiled at them. Almost like her opposite, a tall, tough looking man stood under her window.

"House Hera, by Divination teacher Crawlene!"

A young looking girl bounded over to the third window from the left, standing there as it lit up. She talked to the woman in the window civilly in the unknown language, and the woman seemed to enjoy her company, relaxing visibly.

"House Hades, led by Herbology Professor Flowerfree!"

A giggling lady skipped to the lighting up window, the third one from the right. She greeted the man, happily.

And it went on. House Poseidon was led by a dwarfish man who taught Sorcery, Zhong. House Demeter was taught by Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Hail. House Aphrodite was taught by a boyish lady, Mercury, who taught Care of Magical Creatures. Ares was led by Miss Eris, the Dark Arts For Good teacher. House Athena was led by a wild looking lady who taught Astronomy, Ms. Zonia, and House Hermes was led by the Charms teacher Arthur Kailin. Finnally, the houses of Artemis and Apollo were led by the married couple Peire and Feradin Jouwn.

"Now, we will sort you into your houses."Announced the Jouwns at the same time.

"Albeita, Erica! You will be the first one chosen by the gods!" A confident girl was directed in front of the windows.

The gods in the windows all stood, or tried their best, and began to speak in the humans' language.

"I am Hestia, of the house of the Hearth. Here we study and look into the past, and calculate your loyalty's worth."

"I am Demeter, of the house of the Growing Field. Here we test your strengths to their edge, and see what they reveal."

"I am Hera, of the House of Home. Here we'll test how much you care, about anyone ever known."

"I am Athena, of the house of Books and Truth. We'll take your knowledge, common sense, and test it, nail and tooth."

"I am Ares, the house of War and Fight, where you'll find out what you think is right!!"

"I am Dionysus! I lead the house of loyalty, and where having true friends makes you ROYALTY!"

"I am Hephaetus. I lead the house of strength and logic. We'll teach you how to accomplish any impossible project."

"I am Hermes, from the house of thieves! Ambition is our trade, tricks are up our sleeves!"

"We are Artemis and Apollo!"
"Our houses are of individuality!"
"Artemis teaches solace,"
"Apollo teaches acceptance,"
"But we have to all work together to achieve our dreams!!"

"I am House Aphrodite, of elegance and beauty, and beauty we must see in everything!"

"I am House Hades. We're known for isolation. We teach you to survive it, and to live by it."

"House Poseidon is my name! We teach be yourself, and no one else!"

"Finally. I am house ZEUS! I am the house of POWER! We will take all the arts; the others we will devour!"

Professor Eris's beginning of the year speech

"Okay! This Dark Arts for the Good! Now, let's see... Weasel! Tell me the difference between Dark, Light, and Grey!"

"Uh-- dark is evil, light is good, and grey is undecided?"

"DING DONG YOU ARE WRONG! Lights are people who believe they are superior, and that everything they do is right. They practice primarily Light Arts, which isn't all that healthy. Darks are those who practice primarily Dark Arts; again, not healthy. Greys are people who practice equal amounts. This is the healthiest thing to do, which is why I teach this class! So you indoctrinated dunderheads can grow up healthy in the head!"

"But my mum said--"

"Mr Weasel did I say you can talk? Now, your mum, what's her name."

"Molly Weasly?"

"Yeah, her, ugh. She ever practiced Dark Arts?"

"No, never!"

"You seem quite proud of that fact. You shouldn't! Your mom takes medicine, right?"

"I think so... Yeah, sometimes."

"Not everyday? Does she seem sickish as of late? What are her symptoms?"

"Uh, no? And yes... She's pale and lies down a lot, and she's started screaming at us..."

"Not even taking her prescription. How does that daft woman expect to raise a family? Look, kid, your mum has Severe Blindinged. It'll cause her to be aggressive and even abusive to those around her. If she starts screaming at you, or hurting you, come to me. Now, you see what this stuff will do to you? I don't look it, but I'm a certified Healer, and by mother hectate herself, I want to keep you all healthy. Especially you Mr. Weasly. You're going to need a prescription, too. Meet me after class, and let's get started."
