This guy is called Stitch, he was stitched up by a creator called Edward. His surname was unknown so people called him Edward needle. The reason for that was he always created creepy dolls named stitch, and they would haunt the houses at night. A child who bought one would wake up in the morning with their precious little mouthed stitched into smiles and head cut off in the middle of the night then sewn back on with the thread of wool. These dolls can last for around 70 before dying, since they were made with real human brains, organs and veins. If you find this gruesome, I have lots more planned.
