2 days after the council meeting, the Banditos were in full swing in getting the grand celebration underway. Kai and Linh were in charge of all the preparations, and so far, the village had never been more daintier than ever.

The time of prosperity thrived in the people of Trench. It maintained its power and strength since they escaped the dark days of the ruthless leader. Many people didn't think they'd survive, but through Josh Dun and his flowered husband, they became the clan they inspired to be.

As the Banditos worked in getting tomorrow's party ready, Linh felt a bit queasy with stomach cramps and backaches. With her husband's urging, Linh went to visit Dr. Uriel, the healer of Trench. He is accompanied by his assistant named Francesca, who is secretly his lover.

Francesca one of the Bandito women who worked in the brothel. She said she came into contact with Ender Mastel, but never engaged with him.

Dr. Uriel was given Francesca for his services in the healers' tent to help her escape from the brothel, but they had become lovers. Linh never repeated this secret with anyone outside of the healers' tent.

After Dr. Uriel examined Linh and checked her stomach, he gave her some surprising news.

"Well, lady Yurkovich, your baby is expected to be here soon."

When Linh heard this, she was astonished.

"How soon?"

"I'm not sure." Said Dr. Uriel. "I can't say when your child will arrive, but the best thing I can tell you is to be prepared."

Linh had heard this before. Dr. Uriel told Olene the same thing before Alysane was born. However, Olene was not prepared for what actually happened.

Alysane was not due for another month and Olene's water broke early. She was not able to get to Dr. Uriel's tent in time and she would be forced to give birth her bed.

Luckily, Dr. Uriel sent Francesca to her tent, who delivered Alysane after 2 agonizing hours on the birthing bed. Ari and Olene hoped to have more children, but Dr. Uriel advised against it, as it would put too much strain on Olene.

But Alysane is their little miracle and it didn't stop them from loving their daughter.

Linh agreed with Dr. Uriel's advice and left the healers' tent to inform her husband.

Meanwhile, Tyler returns from the flower fields with a basket of yellow lilies. They were little Alysane's favorite flower and would work perfectly for the party coming up.

The little flower boy walked down the village path towards the center of the camp, where a wooden stage is being built. Josh and Kai were standing together; overseeing the construction of the stage.

The stage contained a set of drums on the left and a piano on the right. The Banditos knew of their leader and his husbands' talents, but did not know this was part of something bigger.

It was going to be part of the plan to announce Tyler Joseph as the heir of Trench.

When Tyler arrives, Josh and Kai greet him.

"Hi, my love." Josh said.

Tyler smiled at his husband.

"Hello, Josh."

"You look very pretty, Tyler." Said Kai.

"Thank you, Kai." Tyler replied.

"What have you got there?"

Tyler took the basket off his arm and showed the lilies to Josh and Kai.

"They just bloomed today and I think they'll look beautiful to add to the decorations."

Tyler handed the basket to Josh, who took out one of the lilies and showed them to his second in command.

"See? Doesn't my husband know how to grow pretty flowers?"

Kai smiled at the sight of the lilies. His expression told the little flower boy that he liked them.

"Shall I add them on?" Tyler asked.

"You better, little songbird." Said Kai. "Ari and Olene will love it."

Kai called over one of the Bandito workers to retrieve the basket.

"Start trimming the lilies immediately. Hang them on the stage, and the rest can go on the center trees."

"Yes, my lord."

When the worker left, Josh scooped little Tyler into his arms and loved on him.

"My sweet flower lord husband, I love watching you create amazing things."

He kissed him on the forehead.

"I love you so much, my darling. You are so precious to me."

Tyler smiled and giggled.

"I love you too."

Before Kai could have a chance to comment on Tyler and Josh's moment, Linh arrived to see her husband. Kai took his wife's hand and kissed it.

"Hey, honey." He said. "How did it go with Dr. Uriel?"

Tyler and Josh stood close to each other. Their hands were attached with anxiousness in their eyes. Kai was eager to know the news of their unborn child.

"What is it, Linh? You're trembling."

Linh took a deep breath.

"Something wonderful is happening."

She pressed her hand upon Kai's chest.

"Kai, I am due any day now."

"What do you mean?" Tyler asked.

"She means the baby will be here soon." Josh said.

"That's right." Said Linh.

When Kai heard this, he was very happy. His child is coming and he was very excited to become a father soon. He wrapped his arm around his wife and kissed her on the forehead.

"I'm so happy for us, my dear."

Linh, however, was not excited. She was scared. She was frightened of what might happen to her and her child. She latched onto her husband's arm.

"Kai, what are we going to do?"

Kai could see that Linh was worried. This was their first child and they didn't know what to expect, but Kai did not want to focus on the foreseeable outcome. He wanted to stay focused on the positive news.

Kai looked upon his wife and held her shoulders.

"We're not gonna worry about that right now, alright?"

He touched Linh's cheek.

"This is a happy moment."

The Bandito smiled with tears in his eyes.

"The happiest moment of my life."

Kai and Linh shared a kiss and embraced each other. Tyler and Josh watched their friends' joyful moment. They were happy to see them welcome new life into the world.

However, the tender moment was cut short when Tyler let go of Josh's hand and walked away. Josh left Kai and Linh to go follow his flower.

Arriving back in the flower fields, Tyler stood and watched the blossoms sway against the cold breeze, each of its color illuminating into the sun.

The flowers represented Tyler's past life. He was one of them. Wren, his evil mother, took his human soul away because she didn't want him, then tried to have him killed to seal the truth.

As much as he loves his flowered image, Tyler longs to someday rise above his past and grow into someone special to the Trench clan; someone powerful and unstoppable, who can put an end to Dema and save his people.

When Josh arrived, he saw his little husbands' back turned to him. His kimono flapped behind him with specks of yellow petals in his curls. Josh couldn't stop thinking about how lucky he was to be married to such a beautiful soul like Tyler Joseph. Coming to his side, Josh looked upon his sweet husband's little face, which was solemn and sweet.

Tyler knew Josh was there, but he didn't look at him.

"I am proud to be your heir, my husband. I am honored to serve you and the clan, and I want to make you proud."

"You always make me proud, my love." Josh replied; reaching over and touching Tyler's cheek. "You're the greatest thing to ever happen to me."

Tyler grinned, but kept his head down low.

"I am still a flower by blood, but I have the seed."

Josh was confused.

"What do you mean, dear?"

Tyler took Josh's hand and pressed it against his stomach.

"I can give you a child."

When Josh heard this, he was stunned.

How can a flower boy have a child? How can he endure such a deed? Why would he bring this up? So many questions went through Josh's mind.

"Why ask this?"

"We've only been married for a year and we've yet to consummate the marriage. Our friends are the ones bearing children for the clan. Why can't we?"

"Because, my love, I'm just not sure if it can be done given the circumstances of who we are."

Tyler chuckled and whispered into his husband's ear.

"I believe in miracles."

With those words, Tyler kissed Josh passionately. Distracted by the kiss, Josh closed his eyes and embraced the never ending love his little husband had for him. He had to hand it to Tyler. He is confident and very determined. For a half human flower who escaped the sleeping curse, Josh was impressed.

The little songbird is going to be the heir of Trench, and Josh knew the Banditos will rally around him and follow his lead.
