Shivay was just staring at her face when she gained consciousness. She was looking so pale and disturbed. As soon as she opened her eyes, she saw him sitting next to her holding her hand and caressing her forehead

"Annika!!! Are you feeling okay?" He said with enough love in his eyes.
Yes she could see it was love, the same love he possessed for her before the unfortunate mishap but how can he love her now? How after knowing that she has lost her everything? She thought

"Shivay! I am fine" she said getting up and sitting properly still not breaking the eye lock.

She took back her hand, breaking the eye lock with him. He was able to see the coldness in her eyes. He knew she was trying to distance herself from him. He was hurt.
He again held her hand and said,

"Annika! I know there is a lot of confusion in your mind but"

Before he could speak any further, his phone ranged.
"Mom" the screen reflected his mother's name.
She saw the name on the screen too. His mom was calling.
Sheetal Aunty, how badly she missed her. How badly she wanted to talk to her. She was the only motherly figure in her life. Shivay was someone who gave her every happiness she craved for. She always craved for a mother's love and with him, she got a mother too.
Before she could ask him to let her talk to her, he said.

"Annika I'll just be back" caressing her cheeks he left the room.
The tears she was holding back left her eyes too. Why didn't he talked to his mother in front of her? Has Sheetal aunty abandoned her because of what all has happened with her? Was he secretly here with her? Has she lost a mother too? Shivay didn't even made her talk to Sheetal Aunty on phone since she has gained consciousness, did she hated her now?? All these questions started storming in her mind breaking her more.

"Hello, yes maa" he heard her soft voice.
"I've reached Haridwar Shivay, How is Annika?" Sheetal asked him.
"I hope the journey was good? Yes she is fine maa but the trauma is still haunting her. She thinks that she was raped that day although the reality is completely different. I can't tell you what all she has suffered maa, I am broken." He said with trailing voice.
"Don't worry Shivay. Just be with her and tell her the reality. Please don't be weak, she needs you with her at this time" Sheetal consoled him.
"I won't be weak maa, I won't let her suffer anymore. I think I should go to her. You take care and keep in touch" he said.
"You too beta" Sheetal hung up.

He went back to the room and was shocked to see the empty room. His heart skipped a beat but he checked the washroom with a hope.
"She might be there in the washroom" he thought
"Annika?" he knocked the door of the washroom but got no reply.
"Annika!" he knocked again, his heart beat increasing.
Still no reply.
He opened the door only to find no one inside.
"Annikaa" he shouted searching for her in the whole room, other rooms, then the corridors, the receptions, the whole hospital but she was no where to be found. He asked everyone in the hospital but no one saw her anywhere. He screamed and went out calling her name.

"I won't let you go Annika. I know you are doing this purposely. I was a fool to not tell you the reality before. I can't let you leave me again, I can't lose you" he cried while pressing the horns of his car. The traffic on the road was like a curse today. His eyes were scanning every corner of the road carefully. He wants her back, his Annika! His lifeline.

She can't be with him, not anymore. The destiny has tried to separate them and she can't fight her destiny. She can't! She is a loser, she has lost everything. She was always a lady of dignity. She lost that too. And the most precious thing to her after her dignity is Shivay. She will lose him too. She cried, the tears not leaving her eyes. She recalled all the moments she had spent with him. The most beautiful moments of her life, A dream she has lived with him. Her mind started thing about those moments. The way she developed the bond of friendship with him, the whole phase where she came to him for the love advices when she thought she loved Rahul. Those restless days when she realised that she actually loved Shivay and how her heart longed to see him when he distanced himself from her after knowing that she is getting married to Rahul. That beautiful day when they confessed their love to each other. The whole phase of their love story, the sweet romantic moments, the bitter fight moments, the naughty moments, all the different variations of his personality that she got to see with him. How much she loved him, she can't even tell in words but may be the destiny has decided to not let them meet. She is one most unfortunate girl" she thought and cried, walking on the unknown road hiding her face from the world.

He was getting restless every passing second. His heart screamed to see her. God can't be so cruel to him. She can't leave him to suffer again, she can't do this to him. What will he do without her? This time he will surely die if something happens with her.
"Annikkkaaaaa" he screamed with all his energy while the tears didn't stopped.

She walked and walked only to reach a remote area. She moved forward and saw a cliff at the corner. The height was scary, too deep too dense, ready to swallow anything which fell in her lap.
Wasn't this the perfect place for her to go? This was where she wanted to go. A place where no one could see her, where she can hide without hiding her face. Somewhere where she don't have to face the hatred of people, a place where no one can question her existence and most importantly a place where Shivay can't reach her.
"I am sorry Shivay, but this is the only option I have. I can't let you suffer with me. I can't live without you but I can't let you be with me too. A life without you is no life but my heart is broken, my soul is scratched. It can't be mended now. I have lost everything that I had. I have nothing to give you Shivay. I don't want people to question you and hate you for being with a rape survivor like me. My life is ruined but I can't ruin you life. Please take care of yourself and know that I have only loved you and I will keep doing, always!" She said looking into the deep forest and closed her eyes forwarding her step toward the end of the cliff.

She was waiting for her body to fall down in the deep forest but instead she felt a tight pull on her hand and she landed on something hard but not as hard as a stone. Before opening her eyes, she knew it was Shivay.
It took her sometime to see his face clearly because of the tears but his voice shocked her.

"Have you god dam lost it Annika??" He said. The tears were making a way from his eyes. She could see how tensed he look but she could not be weak.

"Leave me Shivay, I know you won't understand anything. Please just let me die" she tried to pull back from his hold but the hold was right.

"You are not a rape survivor, can you freaking listen to me for a second?" He shouted with all his strength holding her shoulders tightly enough to give her pain.

She was shocked, did he just said what she heard.
"Shivay??" She asked with a ray of hope in her tearful eyes. How she wished what she heard is true.

"Yes Annika, you are not a rape survivor" he said again. The hopeful eyes made his heart shiver.

"You are not lying? Are you?" She asked him holding back her tears.

"I am not, trust me. This is what I was trying to tell you. But mom called at the wrong time and I had to go. Nothing bad has happened with you Annika. Those bastards tried but certainly when you fainted, a group of villages came there and those men ran away from there. Please trust me" he said cupping her face.

As soon as she heard him, all the emotions she was holding back came to life and she hugged him tightly letting her tears fall. The way she cried this time made Shivay cry too. What the hell has life to his ever so charming and laughing Annika. She was sobbing so hard but he was happy, atleast this time these tears were not out of pain.

"I thought..I...lo..st...my..everything..Shivay" she said in between her sobs. He just reciprocated the hug embracing her in his hold, making her feel protected.

"Shhhh! Nothing of such sort can happen with you Annika. You are my khidkitod Annika with the purest heart and god can never do anything bad with people who have a pure heart" he said making his hold on her right.

She left herself in his hold. How much she have craved for his love. After some time, she parted away and looked into his eyes.

"Shivay, I am sorry. I left without telling you anything" she said wiping off her tears.

"Are you sorry for that? And not because what all you was going to do Annika?" He asked her with anger evident on his face.

"Shivay I" she tried to speak but he said

"I know my love has failed Annika, had it been real you would never have doubted it. How can you even let something as stupid as this come in your mind? Didn't you had faith in me? How can you think that your Shivay can not handle any such situation? Why didn't you give me a chance? Why Annika? I m so happy that I found you but what if I had lost you? Do you even realise what all I have suffered too? You just decided to leave me and go again. God forbade If something of what you thought had happened with you even then I would have been with you and my love for you would have been the same. I freaking love you enough to keep standing with you in every situation you face. I have always loved you Annika, more than what you are from outside I have loved your heart. Nothing could make difference in my love Annika" he said and cried. It was high time he was holding his emotions back. He also wanted someone to pour her heart out too. He cried while she just stared at him with tearful loving eyes.

"Shivayy! Listen to" she said cupping his face.

"Annika, you tell me if something like that happens with me, if someday I suffered something which leaves me in a similar situation would you leave me?" He asked her with pain in his eyes.

"No Shivay! Please forgive me" she hugged him tightly
"I am really sorry, please don't cry" she requested him while he hugged her tightly letting his tears fall.

I am back, I know it's been so long but as you all know what all has happened in last few days with Ishqbaaaz, it left me heartbroken and I had seriously lost the motivation and inspiration to write.

I am still so hurt and upset about IB 1 ending like that. I soooo badly miss my Shivika and I have decided that instead of watching the crap season 2 I will rewatch season 1. I even started watching it from 17 December and trust me it feels so fresh and great to watch it again. I m just loving my Shivay Annika And their amazing chemistry. I suggest you all to watch it again. On twitter and insta we have renamed the show as #LafzonKaYehRishtaNahi❤️

Okay so finally Annika knows that she was not actually raped but it was just an attempt which failed. All those who were confused regarding this fact, please know that she was not raped. She actually fainted and thus she thought that she was raped.
