A bob red head, short plus size woman in full sleeved black jumpsuit walked in a hurry through the school empty corridor dragging along a young girl with her. Small hand was engulfed firmly by the woman right hand, the little girl tried hard to catch the pace but she failed miserably and kept running while tripping but the fuming woman didn't seem to care at all until they reached at the door written fifth graders A and entered.

"-yesterday-"

"Cherry?" The plus size woman cut off the short petite darker skin Latina woman who ignored her presence.

The kids in the class groaned "Yes Mrs. Villin?" Miss Cherry turned with a restrained smile to face the woman after she shushed them down and her face soften after her gaze fell to the little girl down.

"Have this kid" She said impatiently pushed a little to the petite woman.

The girl hung her head low; her chocolate brown long hair fell to cover her face.

"Is she a transfer student?" Miss Cherry asked with a broad frown and furrowed eyebrows grabbing the small girl's shoulder pulling to her side.

She grimaced; her nostril flared "No, she was in my class. She is not the type but I don't know how but- anyway she can't survive there anymore."

"How this little ang-"

She scowled "As I said, I don't know. She is too quiet, too soft too- I don't know how she- anyway."

She turned on her heels and slammed the door behind her and Miss Cherry sighed.

Miss Cherry grinned walked the girl a little forward from her desk and put her hands over the girl's shoulder with a massage comfort "Okay sweetheart, welcome and introduce yourself"

The little girl in a pink crop top hoodie and white highwaist sweatpants cast a quick glance at her new classmates and hung her head low fidgeting her hands as she kept biting her lips nervously.

"Whoa!" A black haired boy exclaimed leaned forward to get a glimpse of a girl's face

"What?" Nudged the girl beside him

"Sh-she-" The black haired boy stammered still fixed his gaze on the girl in front.

"Kids, silence" Said Miss Cherry to the pairs of kids sat in white chairs and white desk that was long enough to accommodate two kids. Still the kids were murmured with curious stares directed to the new girl.

"Honey.?" Miss Cherry turned the girl and she couldn't fight back a gasp. The girl reacted quickly, stared down her feet with a little cute whine.

Miss Cherry slouched down to the girl's level with a duchenne smile "Go till the back of the class to your right and sit next to the boy with a striped shirt."

The girl nodded and started moving with small steps whilst glancing up to the direction of the seat. Each step she took, every moment she raised her head for a quick glance to her classmates there was something that made the kids looked at her in astonishment.

"You are not fifth graders C, be kind to the quiet pretty girl. Okay?" Miss Cherry smiled, her eyes never left the girl.

"Yes Miss Cherry." The kids said in unison and started to whisper to each other.

The boy with dirty blonde hair in a black chino pant with a striped shirt at the back of the class to the right side removed his bag to the empty seat beside him and tapped his foot impatiently stared steadily at the girl who was headed to where he sat.

The little girl went to sit, put her bag beneath the table and whispered to the boy beside her "hello."

The boy was caught off guard and something flashed to his eyes, his jaw dropped as he stared intently to the girl's face particular to her eyes. The boy tried to talk but no words formed from his mouth. The little girl looked a bit dejected. She took out her exercise book with a pencil and faced forward to Miss Cherry who resumed her lesson.

The boy kept looking at the little girl next to him, and the girl kept fidgeting her pencil in her hands listening to the teacher in front of them.

The girl peeked at the boy next to him and their eyes met, she looked away but when she looked back the boy was still looking at her.

The other kids looked at them occasionally but all the boy did was staring at the girl until the bell rang as the cue that the lesson ended.

Miss Cherry clapped excitedly "Okay darlings, s-"

The little girl stood abruptly from the back that cause Miss Cherry to stop talking and the girl ran out of the class.

Miss Cherry laughed it off "You can go."

"Thank you Miss Cherry" the kids said in unison.

"Hi Miss C." The slight tall girl with pale green eyes chirped as she made appearance to the class before the kids inside the class got up.

"Hi Chloe." Miss Cherry smiled with a sigh looking at the girl who was already reached to the back right side of class.

"Hey idiot" The girl chirped to the boy with chino pants.

"Hey Chloe." The boy muttered as he put his tablet in his bag

"You don't bite back?" Are you sick? What happened, Caleb?' The pale green eyed girl confronted the boy.

The other kids started to head outside of the class, others were collecting their things and others were talking to their friends.

"Th-there was this pretty g-girl from class C-"

"Did she bully you? Those kids are delinquents, what was she doing here?" Chloe was bewildered

"No, she didn't belong to class C that's why she was transferred here." Caleb explained

Chloe narrowed her eyes to Caleb and the boy sighed "it's a little complicated but I want to be her friend."

Chloe blinked "Wow."

"Don't give me that look Chloe." Caleb rolled his eyes walked past the girl who was rooted to the spot.

"Okay, okay. What is her name?" Chloe jogged to catch up with the Caleb

"I don't know." Caleb shrugged

"What?" Chloe yelled and the kids remained shot her with weird looks.

"Sorry." She chuckled nervously looking around

"How come?" She whisper yelled to Caleb

"It happens, just drop it." Caleb sighed sadly

"Miss C?" Chloe called the petite woman who was about to head out of the class.

"Yes honey?" Miss Cherry stood at the door.

"Chl-" Caleb was cut off, tugged with Chloe's hand.

"Am sorry but what was the name of the new girl my twin brother has a crush on?" Chloe released Caleb's hand and grinned to the teacher.

"Chloe" Caleb pinched Chloe's shoulder

She winced and gave him dirt look "What?"

"You are still kids, no love, and no crushes." Miss Cherry lectured.

"What I meant was- we want to be her friend." Chloe smiled innocently

"Then-" Miss Cherry paused

"-you guys have to work for it." She smirked

She pointed at them "You better be nice, ask her name and maybe you guys will be her friend?"

Chloe groaned, "thank you Miss Cherry," Caleb said at the same time and Miss Cherry grinned and left the class.

Chloe grabbed Caleb's hand with pouted "Caleb, she better be nice to me too, otherwise you can't be her friend"

Caleb smirked removing Chloe's hand slowly "We will see about that stinker." and he ran

"You can't befriend a girl that will be mean to your twin" Chloe cried chasing Caleb along the corridor. Caleb stuck his tongue out to Chloe and ran to the lockers nearby.
