Popplio's P.O.V.

As usual, I prepared myself before school by simply just washing my face near the sink and I stare into my reflection for a while before I sigh.

Popplio: "Get yourself together, girl. I mustn't think much about Litten, it'll just hurt me."

Someone suddenly open the bathroom door and walked in, it was Litten and he is focusing on his phone while holding a towel on his other hand, seems like he is too focus chatting with Brionne.

Litten: *Giggles* "Aww Brionne~ How sweet of you~"

Popplio: "..." *Clears throat* "This is occupied."

Litten: "Huh? Oh hey Popplio, didn't know you were in here."

Popplio: "Yeah right..."

Litten: "Oh Popplio, Brionne is going to school with us while Dad drive us there. You wanna come along?"

Popplio: "Umm... no thanks, I rather walk with Chairo instead." *Reaches to the door*

Litten: "Aww come on! Brionne is giving us chocolate, I know you won't refuse it!"

I suddenly froze out of shock when I heard that she will bring along chocolate, but I tried to fight it so that I can learn to not think about him.

Popplio: "It's okay Litten, you can have my share. Besides, me and Chairo promise to walk together to school!" *Tries to smile*

Litten: "Well, that's unfortunate. Alright then, I'll see you at school."

I quickly walk out of the bathroom before I groan out of annoyance and approaches Chairo's room.

Popplio: "Who would've thought it will be harder to not let yourself fall for someone who is already in love..."

When I opened the door, I was surprised to see Chairo was painting the ceiling and his feet were sticking on the ceiling and he didn't fall at all.

Popplio: "Ch-Chairo?! What are you doing there?!"

Chairo: "...?" *Looks at Popplio before he fell off and lands in front of her*

Popplio: "What was that all about?! I almost thought you were going to-"

Chairoi: *Close her lips with his finger*

Popplio: "Mmm?!"

Chairo: *Keeps staring into her eyes before he brought his finger away*

Popplio: "Umm... okay? Where was I again? Oh yeah! Come on, let's walk to school together!"

Chairo: *Tilts his head*

Popplio: "Well... let's just say we are not going with Litten since he brought Brionne along..." *Mumbles the last part*

Chairo: "..."

Popplio: "Come on! Let's go!"

I grabbed Chairo's hand and drags him off downstairs then towards the door.

Popplio: "We'll be going now! Goodbye!"

Incineroar: "Oh hey! You don't want me to drive you to school?"

Popplio: "No! It's okay! We want to walk together for once, bye!"

I quickly run out of the house while still holding Chairo's hand, dragging him.

Incineroar: "Huh? What's with that all of the sudden?"

Torracat: "Maybe Popplio just want to do something different for once, I think."

Incineroar: *Sigh* "A lot has changed, we've lost Shiro and now Popplio start acting a bit weird."

Torracat: "Well, we will get used to it. I just know it."

Incineroar: "But something worries me..."

Torracat: "Yeah?"

Incineroar: "If Litten keeps dating with Brionne, then my OTP won't be sailing! Aaagh! I've been adoring Litlio shipping ever since she moved with us!"

Torracat: *Sigh and smiles* "Oh dear..."

3rd Person P.O.V.

Chairo and Popplio was walking down the sidewalk towards the school, but Popplio still feeling gloomy because she isn't used to not falling for Litten.

Popplio: "..."

Chairo: "..."

Popplio: "Hey... Chairo?"

Chairo: "...?"

Popplio: "Why is it so hard for me to keeping Litten out of my heart? I've been living with Litten for so long and... I can't just go forgetting the times we spend together..."

Chairo: "..."

Popplio: "The time we plan to help Alex... the time we sleep together... The time he stopped my sugar rush by..." *Tearing up* "Why does the memories hurt me now...?"

Chairo: "..."

Popplio started tearing up even more after she suddenly stopped walking and tears falls from her cheek everytime she remember the happy times she spend with Litten after realizing none of them will matter since he already love someone else.

Popplio: "Why... Why does life have to be unfair?"

Chairo stands in front of her before he gave a light poke on her nose which caught her attention.

Popplio: "H-Huh?"

Chairo: "..." *Shows her a note that said "Then let's make some new happy memories for you to be happy about without hurting your heart"*

Popplio: "Ch-Chairo... Really?"

Chairo: "..." *Nods before flipping the note that said "Also, you're it."*

Popplio: "Huh?"

He quickly pokes her shoulder before he quickly run off, she was surprised by this before she smiles and wipes her tears.

Popplio: "Hehe! Hey, that's cheating! I'll catch you!"

She quickly run after him while she laughs, he wasn't laughing along but he just keep running to make her chase after him which made him feel glad.

Chairo: (Thank goodness... she's smiling again...)

The two kept running until they arrived at the school and Popplio finally caught him by tackling him down which made her lie down on top of him in the middle of the hall.

Popplio: "Haha!! Got you!!"

Chairo: "..."

Popplio: "Okay! Now your-"

???: "Popplio?"

Popplio look up and notice Rowlet and the others were looking at them before she quickly got up while blushing out of embarrassment then she helps Chairo up.

Popplio: "H-Hey guys! What's up!?"

Rowlet: "What's with you and Chairo running around the hall all of the sudden?"

Popplio: "Hehe! It's nothing, we were playing around on our way to school."

Pikachu: "Huh? You're not with Litten this time?"

Popplio: "No... I-I just want to do something different, you know?"

Fennekin: "I guess that makes sense, right?"

Hyde: "Oh Chairo! Your group were looking for you! They are waiting near the boy's restroom."

Chairo: *Nods and walks passed them*

Comfey: "Hey Popplio, Chairo still don't want to talk huh?"

Popplio: "Yeah, he doesn't. He's still sad after what happened to Shiro..."

Fennekin: "Poor Shiro..."

Comfey: "Well, she won't be really gone forever as long as we all still remember her."

Rowlet: "True that."

Popplio: "Well, even know Chairo is being all mute for now, he is still able to help me get over falling for Litten."

Pikachu: "Huh? Falling for Litten?"

Popplio: "Well... I was foolish when I was falling for Litten right at the time where he is dating Brionne. But he is trying his best to help me get over it."

Hyde: "Aww, I would like to help my Popsicle too by dat-"

Popplio: "Don't get your hopes up, Hyde."

Hyde: "Ouch... mean?"

Comfey: "Do you think he is doing well on helping you out?"

Popplio: *Looks at Chairo who was walking down the hall before smiling* "You know what? I think he did better than Litten would actually."
