"Are you sure you wanna do this?" My dad asked me as my mom flipped my veil over my face.

I looked at him and smiled. "Of course I want to do this."

It's too late to back out. Who else is as perfect for me like Darrin is? No one. 

"Everyone's ready for you." My mother said tearing up a little bit.

"Mom you better not start crying." I seriously say.

Today is not a day for tears. It's a day for partying I guess. We all know I don't like parties like that anyway. 

I walked out of the room holding onto my fathers arm. I held the bouquet in my hand and prayed I didn't fall in these heels.I heard the music begin and the doors opened. The crowd was big and I was in shock we could fit all of our families into this space. 

Janay stood as my maid of honor and Keyshawn was my only bridesmaid. Of course Raymond and Reg were next to Darrin. A big smiled was plastered on my face as I walked. Darrin smiled back at me as I finally made it up to him. 

I gave the flowers to Janay and turned back around. The priest started talking and I tuned him out as he spoke. Flashbacks from when Darrin and I were little crept into my mind. I realized he was the love of my life this whole time. 

"The couple has wrote their own vows."

"We first met in 2003. It's been so long I can't really remember. The first time we met, we ended up fighting. I would never think you would end up being my bestfriend and lover at the same time. It took you years to finally realize I was the right one. Thank you Darrin for always being my bestfriend. I love you." 

"Vicky, I always like you. From the first time I saw you come out that grey van. You had this angry look on your face and I was determined to make you  mine. I guess I did it wrong the first time and I messed up a few times after that. Just know that this time it isn't a mistake." Darrin said and I already had a few tears fall from my eyes. 

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

I know this chapter is short but thats because i'm working on the sequel now. After this chapter everything will be book two. So this is book one and two in one book. If you get what i'm saying. Vote, comment.
