You're The Spider-Man, From YouTube! (Homecoming)

Ned and I already started with the Death Star after school. We wanted to finish it with Peter, so we headed over to his place. Since he wasn't back from his internship yet, his aunt, May, invited us inside.

A few minutes later, I noticed Spider-Man crawling on the ceiling and removed his mask. Once he carefully shut the door, he turned around, accidentally revealing his identity to me and Ned. Peter Parker, our best friend, is Spider-Man. "Holy shit." I whispered. Ned was speechless and dropped the Death Star in shock. "What was that?" May called. "Uh, it's nothing! Nothing." Peter lied. "You're the Spider-Man, from YouTube." Ned gasped quietly. "I'm not. I'm not." He lied again, removing the suit. "You were on the ceiling." "No, I wasn't. Ned, Dawn, what are you doing in my room?" Peter asked. "May let us in, we were gonna finish the Death Star." I explained. "You guys can't just bust into my room!" Peter snapped. "That turkey meatloaf recipe was a disaster." May said. "Let's go to dinner. Thai? Ned, Dawn, you want Thai?" "Yes." We replied. "No, they both have a thing." Peter lied. "A thing to do after." Ned said. "Okay." May smiled, closing the door on her way out. "Maybe put on some clothes." "Oh, she doesn't know?" Ned asked. "Nobody knows." Peter whispered. "I mean, Mr Stark knows because he made my suit, that's it." "Tony Stark made you that?" I asked. "Are you an Avenger?" "Yeah, basically." Peter replied. "You guys can't tell anyone about this. You gotta keep it a secret." "Secret, why?" Ned asked. "You know what she's like. If she finds out people try to kill me every night, she's not gonna let me do this anymore." Peter explains. "C'mon, guys, please." "Of course, Pete." I said. "You have my word." "Okay, I'll level with you." Ned explains. "I can't keep this a secret. This is the greatest thing that's ever happened to me, Peter." "Ned, May cannot know. I cannot do that to her right now." Peter begged. "You know? I mean, everything that's happened with her, please." "Okay." Ned said. "I swear." "Thank you." "I can't believe this is happening right now." Peter sighed. "Can I try the suit on?" Ned asked. I kicked one of his legs. "No." Peter replied. "How does it work?" Ned continued. "Is it magnets? How do you shoot the strings?" "I'll tell you guys everything at school tomorrow." Peter said. "Wait, how do you do this and the Stark internship?" Ned asked. "I'm pretty sure that is the Stark internship." I explained.

The next day, I walked with Peter and Ned to school. Both of us were curious about Peter's superpowers. "You got bit by a spider?" Ned asked. "Can it bite me?" "The spider's dead, Ned." Peter explains. "You're lucky the venom of the spider bite didn't kill you." I said. Up ahead was the sandwich shop that exploded. Well, what remained. "Whoa. You were here?" "Yeah." Peter replied. "You could've died." I commented. "Do you lay eggs?" Ned asked. "What?" Peter asked, disgusted. "No."

During PE, Coach Wilson was required to show us a video of Captain America describing a fitness test. Once the video was finished, I was partnered with Michelle for some sit-ups. But, Michelle just read her book the whole time. "Aren't you gonna sit up?" I asked. "Yeah, I don't feel like listening to you." Michelle replied. For a few minutes, the gym was silent. "Peter knows Spider-Man!" Ned blurted, breaking the silence. "No, I don't. I mean..." Peter said. "They're friends." Ned lied. "Yeah, like Coach Wilson and Captain America are friends." Flash teased. "I've met him, yeah. A couple times." Peter lied. "But it's through the Stark internship." "Well, that's awesome." Flash compliments. "Hey, you know what? Maybe you should invite him to Liz's party. Right?" "Yeah, I'm having people over tonight." Liz said. "You're more than welcome to come." "Having a party?" Peter asked. "Yeah, it's gonna be dope." Flash replied. "You should definitely invite your personal friend, Spider-Man." "Spider-Man is a superhero, not a shitty circus clown." I groaned. "It's okay, I know Peter's way too busy for parties anyway." Liz said. "Come on. He'll be there. Right, Parker?" Flash asked. The bell rings as I ran to my friends. "What are you doing?" Peter asked Ned. "Helping you out." Ned explains. "Did you not hear her? Liz has a crush on you." "She probably meant Spider-Man." I corrected. "No offense." "Dude, you're an Avenger." Ned continued. "If any one of us has a chance with a senior girl, it's you."
