Chapter 66| A Special Appearance
After the Nikaah the whole hall burst into claps. The girls began congratulating each other. Now, Sana realized, all this while, Saba was on call with Alishba and all the ladies in the room were hearing the whole Nikaah. Sana smiled thinking of Alishba's blushing face. Her smile disappeared when her gaze met Daanish. He was looking at her. Perhaps wanting to know if she really wanted to meet him. With their gaze locked Sana nodded and gestured with her head. Daanish gave a small nod. Then, she turned around and walked away.
As Sana walked towards the garden area her phone beeped and she realized she had been carrying a phone all along. Then, why the heck did she ask Misha to convey the message.
How Dumb – Sana rolled her eyes.
She unlocked her phone and saw a message from Daanish. Quickly, she opened her inbox.
Daanish: Let's not meet now. Now, Alishba and Aahil will be taken to the other hall. You need to be in the photo else Alishba will have lifetimes complaint.
Sana felt slightly disappointed. But he was right.
Sana: Okay. Just a few photos. You wait for me, I will meet you in ten minutes.
Daanish: Okay.
Sana clenched the phone tightly and turned around.

Back in the hotel room, Alishba was taken by her mother and a woman who Sana doesn't recognize. She hasn't seen her before. Along with that woman, there was a young boy about ten years of age. They were dressed in ethnic wear as well. Sana doesn't interrupt them. Instead, she admired her creation, Alishba's wedding dress. The beautiful red and golden embroider Lehengha. Matched with dark make- up and traditional jewelry, Alishba looked gorgeous. Sana noted her make-up had been re-done. Alishba kept her head lowered as she walked with the girls.
'Appi. Awesome work. Alishba looks like a diva.' Saba complimented her sister. Sana beamed with pride. She recollected how she had made Daanish a mannequin for the dress. Still recollecting their close encounter, she could feel her cheeks burn. The intensity of his gaze still made her heart skip a beat.

The hotel room where the Nikaah took place had only close family members and friends while the rest of them were in another hall next to the men's hall. Everyone left whatever they were doing when Alishba was led into the hall. Nanu caught up with Sana and showered her with compliments. Sana smiled humbly accepting her words. Then, Nanu asked her to come up the stage and have photos clicked with the bride. Sana nodded. On the stage, there were two throne-like chairs placed. Alishba was made to sit on one of them. Sana's gaze fell on the unknown woman again and she couldn't help but admire the gorgeous stranger. Her son was equally good looking. Who are they? Sana noticed the woman wasn't interacting with anyone nor was she having her photos clicked.
'Nanu, who is she?' Sana asked pointing at the woman with her gaze.
'Oh, she! She is Aleesa Nawab Ali, the wedding planner.' Nanu informed. Sana gave a thoughtful nod.
After a series of new photos, Sana got a chance to speak with Aleesa.
'Hi! I am Sana.'
Aleesa turned around and smiled at Sana, - 'Hi! Aleesa.'
'I heard you are the wedding planner.'
'Yes.' Aleesa replied a smile lingered on her face. Sana smiled too.
'Nice work. When Alishba said you are the best, she meant it.' Sana complimented her genuinely.
'Thank you.' Aleesa replied. Just then Sana's phone beeped, and she checked it.
Daanish: Where are you? I am waiting for you in the garden area.
Sana: Two minutes.
She sent the message and looked up. Aleesa was looking at her with a smile.
'Boyfriend?' She asked a naughty grin overtook her smile.
Sana blushed, - 'Not yet.' She replied. Aleesa nudged her arm and she looked up at her.
'You love him?'
'Very much.'
'He loves you?'
Sana blushed, lowering her head and nodded with a shy smile.
'Aww, then what are you waiting for? Go and make him yours.' Aleesa said with a wink. Sana felt hesitant and Aleesa frowned.
'Love is a very beautiful emotion, Sana. And few lucky ones have their love reciprocated. You know, I had almost lost Riad, but I was lucky that he loves me selflessly. Else, we wouldn't have been married and had a kid.' -Aleesa chuckled, Sana smiled a little. She then held her shoulder and continued,
- 'Don't let your love go. Ever.' She said seriously. Sana nodded.
Sana had always wanted someone to love her. Like they show in movies, in fairy tales but over the time she realized there was no prince charming that would come. Heck, her own mother doesn't love her, and her own father just disappeared after the divorce, she didn't even get to see him. Seeing Alishba living the fairytale romance, she always wanted, only made her sadder. Though she was happy for her best friend, she did feel envious. And now, that she can live the fairytale romance she always wanted with Daanish. She can't let it go. She felt bad for Nadia but now she was realizing it would stupidity to let Daanish go for her. Sana was determined now, no matter what she will fight for Daanish. She will be with Daanish.

The groom was brought into the hall and all the women got excited. Now that the strings of flower petals were off his face Aahil could see better and his dashing smile was visible. Alishba shifted little as he sat beside her. He tilted his head and looked at Alishba. Slowly, she looked up and quickly looked away. The ladies teased them.
Sana was quick to click photos with them and then excused herself. Aasma Aunty and Nanu protested and when Sana felt trapped Saba stepped in. Sana looked gratefully at her younger sister and Saba winked at her. Sana smiled and quickly got down the stage. On her way out, she dashed into Nadia. Seeing the sadness in her eyes, she did feel her heart sink, but she reminded herself of Aleesa's words. Not exchanging any words with her, she left the hall. Nadia turned around and watched go.

Precap:
Sana hurried to the garden area and looked around. She found Daanish by the rose plants and she was relieved.
'Daanish.' She called. Daanish turned around and she smiled. Sana lifted her lehenga a little and ran towards him.
Before Daanish could react, Sana had launched on him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and held him in a tight hug. This was their first hug and Daanish could feel his heartbeat increase.
