Last chapter and I am feeling emotional
So, without any further delay, let us read the chapter *teary-eyed smile*

'Sana. I know it is too much to ask but- can-you call me Dad, once. Please.' His eyes pleaded her. Sana noticed tear drop from his eyes. She wanted to wipe them but resisted. She bit her lips and looked away. She had been under the impression that her step father and her own mother didn't like her. She was an unwanted child. But she realized now that it was not only her but her parents as well who were miserable. Only if they had taken time to talk it out before. Only if one of them had taken the step first. Sana sighed. She looked back at her father. Tears glistened in her eyes as well.
Her lips trembled, and her voice shook as she said, - 'Dad.'
As soon as the word escaped her mouth, Mr. Shah broke down crying and Sana couldn't control her tears either.
'Sana,' – He held her hand, - 'You have made me the happiest man.' He confessed through his tears. Sana nodded. For the first time she addressed someone as Dad, she felt an immense load off her chest. Mr. Shah moved his hand and held the back of Sana's head. She leaned forward and he kissed her forehead.
'My Beta.' He said softly. More tears escaped from her eyes.
'How did you do this?' Saba asked as she looked wide-eyed at Sana and Mr. Shah.
'That is Daanish's charm.' Daanish replied coolly while burying his palms into the pockets of his track pants.
At the distance watching the father-daughter duo bond were Daanish and Saba. Saba stood gaping at them with her hand over her open mouth. While Daanish watched them with tears in his eyes.

Later, Daanish sat on the bed working on his laptop when the door opened. He looked up and saw Sana enter the room. He noticed her puffy eyes and smiling lips. What an odd combination.
'You, all right?' Daanish asked closing the flap of his laptop. Sana stopped in her tracks and looked at him. She nodded and walked up to him. He shifted as she sat beside him on the bed.
'Thank you.' She said gratefully.
Daanish smiled and extended his hand, he placed his palm on her cheek and caressed her skin with his thumb.
'Anything to see you happy.' He replied.
Sana moved her arms and hugged him tightly. 'I love you.'
'One minute.' Sana frowned as Daanish shifted. She was about to move when he said, - 'Stay like that.' She blinked confusedly. Daanish placed the laptop on the table and moved his arms. Sana smiled feeling his arms wrap around her waist.
'Is the door locked?' He whispered teasingly. Sana smiled and nodded.
'Great.' Sana gasped as he dropped her on the bed with the two still being in a tight embrace.
Daanish moved his head back and admired his beautiful wife, - 'I love you too.' He pushed aside the side bangs over her forehead and leaned closer. He kissed her forehead and then moved his lips towards hers. Sana parted her lips and held the sleeves of his Tee tightly as his lips touched hers.

Next morning, Mrs. Shah was busy in the kitchen with the cook.
'Don't put too much chili. Sana doesn't like too spicy food.' She told the cook sternly. Then she turned around and found Sana at the door. She had her arms crossed and her hip resting on the door hinge. But what made Mrs. Shah smile was the bright smile on her daughter's face. Oh, she had been dying to see her daughter smile at her. Mrs. Shah wasn't shocked seeing the change in her daughter's behavior because her husband had told her everything last night.
'Ma!' Sana said and noticed instant tears pool in her mother's eyes.
'Sana.' She breathed and hurried towards her daughter with open arms. Sana smiled as her mother engulfed her in a tight hug. Someone had rightly said, nothing is more comfortable and safe than a mother's embrace. This was the first time, Sana was hugging her mother with full zeal.
They parted, and Sana wiped her mother's tears, - 'No, Ma. No more crying. Our crying days are over. Now, it is only happy days.' Sana said brightly. She held her mother's palms as Mrs. Shah nodded. She leaned and hugged her daughter again.

This time not only Saba but Sana also helped her mother with the kitchen and plating food. Mr. Shah felt the happiest watching the three women so happy. Daanish smiled noticing Sana blush profusely on something Mrs. Shah and Saba said. He was curious, but he doesn't say anything. Instead, he smiled.
The three sat down for breakfast and the entire family had gala time talking and feasting on the food. Many times, Sana and Daanish exchanged glances and smiles at each other. For whatever Daanish did for her, Sana was immensely happy and grateful. Finally, she got the love she had always desired. Her families love her prince charming's love. Now, Sana was very content with her life. She looked at Daanish who was busy talking with her father and realized how lucky she was to have Daanish reciprocate her love. When she had seen him for the first time she had no idea they will end up falling in love and she will end up getting married to her best friend's Brother. The thought was no longer creepy, it was more of romantic now.
Before Sana could move her gaze away, Daanish looked at her. She smiled but to her horror, Daanish threw a flying kiss at her. She blushed and looked around, luckily no one saw. She looked back and found him demanding a kiss back. They were sitting opposite and, so it was easy to throw kisses at each other, but Sana was shy. His eyes kept pleading her until she nodded. She looked at her family, they were busy. She looked back and blushed as she threw him a flying kiss. Daanish smiled dreamily and Sana shook her head. A shy smile lingered on her lips as well.
