Ainsley's P.O.V:

TWO WEEKS LATER

It was the night of the homecoming football game. We are walking into the gym covered in face paint and wearing our mans jerseys. Our pep rally is today and they were going to announce homecoming king and queen. Keaton, Brant, Ryan, Noah Key, and Craig Waterman were up for king and Ashley, Savannah Bryant, Jenna Kelly, Lucy Quail, and Naomi Harris were up for queen.

Ooh Principal Davis is announce the results. "Hello everyone. I know you hate it when I don't cut to the chase to here we go." Principal Missy Davis started. "Your homecoming Prince and Princess of Spirit is Ryan Snyder and Jenna Kelly." Everyone clapped for them and Principal Davis announced the next prince and princess. "The Prince and Princess of Sportsmanship is Brant Mason and Lucy Quail." Once more everyone clapped and the received her small tiara and sash. "This years Prince and Princess of Kindness is Craig Waterman and Naomi Harris." There were only 2 candidates left for homecoming king and queen. "Your homecoming Prince and Princess of Honesty are Ashley Glover and Noah Key."

Oh my... That meant Keaton was homecoming king. I was so proud of him.

"The moment you've all been waiting for. This years homecoming King and Queen is Keaton Colt and Savannah Bryan. Congratulations.!" Principal Davis finished.

I ran up to Keaton and gave him a hug and congratulated him and told him I was so proud of him. He hugged me back and I fixed his lightly crooked tie.

KEATON's P.O.V:

My head was going to explode. We've won our homecoming games for the last ten years and we didn't want to be the team to break the streak. The pressure was on.

"Everyone huddle now." Coach Jim Hansen ordered.

Everyone obeyed because they didn't want to be benched or piss off coach.

"We are going to play hard, we are going to make the first move. We are going to do the unexpected and this is NOT going to be the team to break me streak. Do you hear me?" Coach Hansen yelled.

"Yes coach." The team yelled in unison.

"OK then lets go do what we do best and play football, lets beat some ass your fans deserve it." Coach stated.

We all ran through the tunnel onto the football field. I saw Ainsley in my Jersey with my number 77 on it sitting by Lola, Maya, Jess and Savannah. Damn she looked hot.

I saw Ashley walked up to Savannah and Ash started yelling at her. I couldn't make out what it was. Savannah sat there though about in tears. Ainsley must have stepped in to help because she was yelling back at Ash. I was going to see what was going on. But, coach said it was game time.

3 hours later...

After the game everyone was so happy we won 34-21 against the Martindale Eagles. The only team we lost to last year. I ran up to Ainsley my lips crashed with hers. This was our first kiss. I think I caught her off guard.

"Um, oh, I am so sorry Ains. It just kinda happend." I stammered.

"Don't be sorry Keat." Ainsley said. "How did I do?"

"You were great!" I told her.

"Thank, you know that was my first kiss right?" She told me.

"Um no I didn't. But, I am glad I was your first." I kissed her again.

"Congratulations baby you played amazing." She said.

"Thank you it's all because of you though, you are my good luck charm." I said winking at her.

She laughed. "I dunno you've always been a football star to me." She replied.

I kissed her forehead.

"So what was that thing with Ashley and Savannah before the game?" I asked.

"Oh, that's a funny story. So, Ash came up and started yelling at Savannah for stealing the title of hoco queen. Savannah tried to defend herself but Ash said some pretty mean things and Savannah was about to burst into tears so I stepped in to help and told Ash to stay away from her. Then Ash told me that I stole her man and that someday you would realize she was the girl for you then leave me." Ains said.

"Oh that is hilarious, except that last part. Ash was rude to you Ains, but I want you to know you are the only girl for me. Don't let anyone tell you different." I said.

"I didn't believe her anyways. So don't worry. You're so sweet Baby." She said pulling me in for a hug.

Then I grabbed her hand and we walked to the car.

I drove her to my house and we went up to my bedroom. We made out for a while then, cuddled and told our deepest darkest secrets, then made out again. Nothing more happend that night. But, I learned that I would take a bullet for that girl. I never realized just how much I loved her. She fell asleep in my arms. Her vanilla-rose perfume was amazing. She was still in my jersey and to be honest It looked better on her than it did on me.

I woke up the next morning holding her closely in my arm. Damn, she was cute when she was sleeping.

"Ains, hon are you awake?" I asked her in a whisper.

She groaned and yawned. "Yeah, what time is it?" She asked. I looked at my phone I had 3 missed calls from Ainsley's parents and one from Ryan.

"It's 10:30." I told her.

"What? How did I sleep this late I babysit from 11 to 4 then I have to get ready for the Hoco dance." She said jumping out of bed.

"I'm sorry Ains, If I would have known I would have gotten you up, you were sleeping so peaceful though." I told her. "You should probably call your parents though." I advised.

"I will, I gotta go though. See you at 6 for the dance?" She hurried.

"Yep, see you then." I answered as she ran out the door.

Ainsley's P.O.V.:

I hurried out of Keats room and met Lola in the hallway. She had a surprised expression on her face.

"Ains. I told your parents you weren't here. They called looking for you last night and this morning, I had know idea you were here." She blurted. "Did you sleep with my brother?" She asked.

"It's a long story Ains. I didn't think I was going to sleep here. Yes, I slept with Keat but it's not like you think, we just slept nothing more." I say to her.

"You'd have to kiss him anyways before you slept with him." She rolled her eyes. "You still haven't even done that. Whats holding you back?" She asked.

"Um Lo, Keat kissed me last night after the game on the field. It was truly the best first kiss moment I could have asked for. But, just because we kissed doesn't mean we're sleeping together intimately yet. Not that my sex life is any of your business." I say giggling.

"Omg I can't believe he kissed you. I am going to pester him all day about that and you're right I don't want to know anything about your sex life while your with my brother thats just kinda weird." Lola said shaking her head.

"Yep, and it was a great first kiss." I said. "Anyways I thought you were going to say that anyways that's why you aren't getting any more details." I stated. "I have to babysit at 11 so I really have to run." I said quickly and ran downstairs.

"See ya tonight Ains." Lola yelled at me while I was running downstairs.

I quickly pulled out my phone called and got an Uber and called my mom.

"Ainsley Nichole where are you?" My mom yelled through the phone.

"I am OK I was at Keaton's, I accidentally fell asleep while we were talking last night."

I stated.

"You didn't do It did you? We haven't had this talk yet Ains." Mom asked.

"No God, of course not mom." I answered. "Mom I have to go though I am babysitting for Amy at 11 and my Uber just pulled up. I love you and I will see you when I get home around 4:30."

"OK hon, be safe. See you at home. Bye Ains." She replied.

"Bye mom." I said as I hung up the phone.
