The Goliath had finally been defeated, at least for a little while.

The two YoRHa androids flew above the giant contraption in their separate flight units, double checking to make sure the Goliath was going to stay down. Luckily though, it did.
YoRHa has won once again.

"Target enemies offline. That should do it for the Goliaths."

2B explained as 9S closely watched over the machine. He then noticed that the ground around them was now rumbling.

"Look out! It's recharging!"

9S warns 2B as the ground continues to shake, before ripping apart and collapsing like an earthquake had just struck it.

Damn it! When will we ever get a break?!

9S thought as he held onto his flight unit for dear life. Then, a bright light had flashed before the androids eyes...then silence had filled the air.
When 2B and 9S's eyesight had cleared up, they found no sign of the Goliath.
Just more rubble from the crumbling buildings and a giant sinkhole, where gallons of water was now pouring into from the old concrete pipes that were underground.

What the hell just happened...?

9S thought before his screen lit up, all in bright red colors. It was an alert.

This doesn't look good. Let's see here...

9S looked over the information on the screens before gasping.

"What the...?"

No way...this is impossible! The aliens who haven't revealed themselves to us yet...they've been hiding underground this whole time?! How? How could we not have known about this all these years?!

9S and 2B quickly land on a nearby roof of a building, hopping out of their flight units as they both stared out at the sinkhole that was now in the center of the city ruins. They then both receive a video message from their Commander, who was also shocked by the chain of events that just occurred.

"YoRHa, this is your Commander."

Duh, who else would it be...?

"For the first time in centuries, we've intercepted a signal belonging to the aliens. These are the creatures that are in direct command of the machine life forms on this planet. If we can destroy them, we can end this long and arduous war once and for all!"

Thank goodness for that...I'm getting tired of running around this damn city all day, especially in these silly boots...

9S smiled to himself as the Commander continues to give them further instructions on what to do next.
Just as 9S expected too...more data collecting.

"I used Commander's data to determine the signal's source and marked it on the map. It seems to be underground. Like, WAY underground."

"Guess we'll see once we get there..."

2B replies as the two then make their way to the sinkhole, where they were soon going to find out a secret that has also been hidden for years...

"Ugh, they found our underground lair again! When will these twin sisters ever learn?!"

Rocco groaned as he bangs his head on the laptop, causing himself to automatically lose the online game.
(Y/n) sighs as she threw the magazine she was just reading over her shoulder, rolling her eyes.

"Don't worry, I'll get rid of them..."

"Get rid of who, (Y/n)?"

Nines asked as he sauntered into the room, drying his wet hair with a towel.
(Y/n) blushed at the sight of him before looking away, awkwardly coughing while Rocco just sat there, admiring the android's built-in abs.

"A-Ah, it's these two annoying girls who always bugs me and my friends...all they want is to be apart of our club."

"But they can't because they don't have any rad hacking skills whatsoever!"

Rocco interrupts as he snaps a photo of the shirtless android and secretly sends it to everyone in the group, including (Y/n). Nines hums in response before slipping a blue t-shirt with a cat on it over his head, now covering the upper half of his body as he put on khakis.
He then smiled at (Y/n), who couldn't stop looking at him.

"Well, let's go see what they want. Maybe there's something they need help with!"

"Oh please, there's NO way (Y/n) here is going to want to help them-"

"O-Okay!"

(Y/n) blurted out as she quickly grabs Nines hand and the two rush upstairs, leaving Rocco alone with Lolita, who was painting a legendary Domo monster on the wall.

"You know that whenever Nines wants to do something, (Y/n) will go along with it, right?"

Lolita smirks as Rocco slumps back in his chair, pouting.

"Yeah yeah...she's lucky that she's getting a piece of that ass-"

Lolita shuts him up by throwing her paintbrush in his face, covering his entire face in brown and black paint.
Meanwhile, somewhere upstairs, (Y/n) and Nines open their sliding door, only to find a young girl standing there.
(Y/n) knew her right away, for the baby blue ribbon that she wore in her hair gave it away.

"Sup, Jenny?"

"Oh! (Y/n)! Thank goodness you answered! Please help me! My little sister has gone missing and I need you to find her! I'm so worried about her...it's too dangerous for her to walk around the city all by herself!"

Just as (Y/n) was about to answer the girl with the baby blue ribbon, Nines suddenly spoke up, concerned about this request that they have been tasked with.

"Whoa whoa, it's okay, it's okay! When was the last time you saw her?"

"S-She said something about getting medicine for me, f-for my cold!"

The young girl explained before accidentally sneezing. (Y/n) hands her a tissue before she continued with her story.

"I-I believe that she should be at the convenience store! B-But it's so far away and she's too young to travel by herself! Please find her for me! Please!"

"Don't worry! We'll find your little sister, I promise! (Y/n), bring Rocco with us! We need to find this missing sister immediately!"

Nines orders (Y/n) before the big sister shakes his hand, crying tears of joy.

"T-Thank you so much, kind sir! T-Thank you!"

"Don't mention it!"

Nines replied with a smile before (Y/n) comes back, dragging a whiny Rocco by his hoodie. The three then embark on a short journey to the outside world, searching for the little sister in the bustling town. As they looked around every corner and alleyway, Rocco wouldn't stop complaining, no matter how many times (Y/n) bribes him to shut up.

"Why do I have to come along?! She's not MY little sister! I don't even have a sister!"

"Her big sister is worried about her little sister's safety...the least we could do is try and find her."

"Look Rocco, Nines just wants to do a nice thing for humans for once! This is what his creator would've wanted, right Pod?"

(Y/n) said as Pod suddenly pops it's metallic head out of her backpack, scaring Rocco.

"Affirmative. That was the main reason why our creator had created Unit 9S in the first place. Unfortunately...our creator's commander didn't want that at all. Our creator's commander had other plans for 9S..."

"What kind of plans, exactly?"

(Y/n) asked, to which Pod had shook it's head.

"I'm afraid I cannot tell you...yet."

"Wooooow, I can't believe it! I thought we were a team, Pod! We can't keep secrets from each other!"

"It is not a secret, (Y/n)...but it's best to tell you when we're alone in private."

"Oooooh, I get it now...he's like, THOSE kinds of robots, am I right?~"

Rocco said with a wink. (Y/n) punches him in the stomach, rolling her eyes.
Just then, Nines freezes, causing the others to stop as well.

"Nines, what's wrong?"

"The men...they're here...we need to hide, now."

Nines said as he quickly pushes the two into a dark alleyway, the group now hiding behind cardboard boxes and trash cans that smelled of disgusting food and mildew. They quietly watch the group of men who passed by, wearing dark suits and fedoras as they were chatting away about things that didn't make sense.
The group sigh with relief as they come out of their hiding place.

"Are you sure that was them, Nines? Are you sure those were the men back in the government facility?"

"Yes...I'm sure of it."

"Damn, you must be REALLY important to them if they're searching everywhere for you."

"Damn right Nines is important to them, all they want from him is to be their little cheat sheet in beating this damn war...it's despicable."

Even though (Y/n) was going to be using him for robbing banks in the near future.

The group then heard crying coming from behind the other cardboard boxes. (Y/n) and Nines take a peek around the corner and found a big girl sitting there, covering her head as she cried and whimpered. She was wearing a large pink ribbon in her hair...

It was the lost little sister!

Except, she looked too old to be the little sister.

(Y/n) and Nines kneel before the crying teen, trying to calm her down.

"Hey, hey! It's okay, it's okay! Are you the little sister who's trying to look for medicine for your big sister?"

"A-Ah! Y-Yes! I-I am! W-Who are you?"

"I'm Nines and this is (Y/n)! We're close friends with your big sister! She sent us to look for you!"

"R-Really?!"

"Yes! So let's take you back home, okay? Your big sister is waiting for you!"

The little sister sat there, sniffling as she shyly stared at the two before pouting.

"H-How do I know that you're not lying to me about my big sister...? M-My big sister always tells me never to talk to strangers!"

Rocco clicks his tongue before standing in front of the little sister, giving her the stink eye. Rocco was always a chill guy, but when it comes to him being angry...you didn't want to see Rocco angry.

"Your damn sister sent us, alright? Because of you, I had to miss the huge online event for Forknife! FORKNIFE! Now I'll never get those damn hours of my life back! Now you better come home with us before your picture ends up on a milk carton! Then you'll REALLY end up missing! OKAY?!"

...Well that didn't work, because now the little sister was crying even more than before. (Y/n) slaps Rocco's head while Nines tries to calm the little sister down by letting her touch Pod.

"Rocco, remind me when we get home to KICK YOUR ASS!"

"I'm sorry! I'M SORRY! God damn!"

(Y/n) then lets go of his shirt collar before turning to Nines, who was making the girl laugh by dancing along with Pod.

"Nines, let's go, it's going to get dark soon."

"Okay, come on, your big sister will be so happy to see you come home!"

"O-Okay!"

As the group escorts the little sister back to home, no one knew how talkative she could be. She was asking so many questions that (Y/n) felt like she was on Jeopardy.

"Hey Mister, who made those large things on wheels?"

"Ah, the correct term you are looking for is automobiles. According to the history records, the first automobile was created by an inventor named Karl Benz. He created it back in the year, 1886. It was the first true modern automobile that you see before you now."

"Oh! I like cars!"

The little sister smiled as they continued to stroll through the streets of the city. After a few minutes of silence, the girl spoke again.

"Hey Mister, what are those things hanging from the trees?"

"Oh! Those are known as peaches! They're fruits, you know, that humans eat. They're very nutritious and good for human health. I don't think I'll like them though, since I'm an android and all."

(Y/n) and Rocco gasped, for Nines just gave away his true identity...but the little sister wasn't really paying attention, for she was more interested in where peaches come from.

"Ooooooh, I like peaches!"

"Heh, same~"

Rocco chuckled, causing (Y/n) to roll her eyes. He wasn't talking about the fruit either. It wasn't long before the girl asked yet another question to Nines.

"Hey Mister, how do you make children?"

...Oh sh*t.

(Y/n) felt her heart drop as she suddenly felt nervous, VERY nervous.
Why the hell would she even ask a question like that and how was Nines going to answer it?!
Rocco accidentally chokes on his boba tea, coughing as he tries to get the boba out of his throat while Nines stood there with a hand on his chin, quietly thinking to himself.
Nines then spoke to her.

"I'll be honest with you, I don't even know how children are made. I mean, I know it's impossible for me because androids can't make children. So...
(Y/n), how do you humans make children? Could you tell us?"

Rocco was just about to say something until (Y/n) punched him in the stomach, causing him to gag.

"Don't even THINK about it, Rocco!"

(Y/n) threatened before turning to Nines, who was waiting for an answer along with the little sister.

Oh.

They weren't joking about this at all.

They both didn't have a clue about how humans make children.

Well, sh*t. Here goes nothing.

"Um...well...it's a pretty hard process to go through..."

"Pfft...hard~"

Rocco smirked as he stays away from (Y/n). (Y/n) glares at him before continuing.

"Well...only adults can make children, that's for sure. You're too young, so don't even worry about it."

"Yeah, but how DO you make them? How do you make children?"

"Uhhh..."

"Yeah (Y/n), I want to know too! My creator never taught me about this before...is there a certain thing you have to do in order to achieve the goal of making children-"

"CREEPER! AWW MAN!"

"...Eh?"

"C-Creeper?! W-Where?! I-I'm scared! Big sistaaaaa!"

"Oh good job (Y/n), you made the gremlin cry!"

"It's getting dark! Let's get you back home as fast as we can!"

(Y/n) then rushes the whole group back home, where the little sister finally reunited with her big sister.
Her big sister Jenny was really happy to see her little sister safe and sound.

"B-Big sister!"

"Aww Penny! You're okay! Come here, come here, give your big sister a hug!"

The little sister then rushes into her big sister's arms, smiling as the two rejoice.
After saying thank you to (Y/n) and Nines, the twin sisters were about to leave until the little sister then remembered something important.

"Oh! Tell me how to make children next time!"

(Y/n) blushed while Nines nods with a smile, before the little sister waved goodbye to them.

"Byeeeeee!"

"Dieeeeee~"

Rocco said before walking down the stairs, shaking his head.
Nines then turns to (Y/n), confusion written all over his face.

"Seriously though (Y/n), how do you humans make children?"

"Nines...if you really want to know, then I'll tell you...all you gotta do is get a handful of sand, some milk and honey and you just pour them all in one glass jar, stir them all together and leave out in the sun for 14 days. By the time you come back, you should be all set..."

Nines stared at her before gasping.

"That's it?!"

"That's it."

"Dang! You make it seem like a bad thing!"

"Well, it only works for adults, so..."

"Ah, okay. Well, thanks for telling me."

"Yep...now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to soak my whole body in holy water, be right back."

"Eh? Holy water...?"

Nines said to himself as he watched
(Y/n) leave the room. Just as him and Pod were about to relax on the couch, Rocco smirked at him.

"Hey Nines...wanna know how humans really make children?~"
