"I must have been crazy! Aah!" Jaeyun reprimands himself the next morning.

"I took it all out on her! I don't even remember properly what I said!" He is in agony over his behaviour from the previous night.

He calls Rara,she doesn't pick up.

"Rara,I am sorry about yesterday,I was drunk,I was not in my right state of mind." He texts her. It doesn't even get delivered.

"Did she block me?" He wonders.

"What's wrong roommate? Something bothering you?" Jay asks as he pats his hair dry.

"Forget it. You seem in a jolly mood though mate." Jake says.

Jay smiles.

"Thanks to your advice,things have been going well."

"Good for you" Jake mutters.

He catches hold of Sunghoon at University and grabs his mobile.

"Hey what you doing?" Sunghoon is shocked as he suddenly takes his mobile.

"Just a minute!" Jake quickly types a text to Rara.

"Hey"

She reads it.

"Huh,so she really did block me?!" Jaeyun feels hurt.

He quickly calls her up . She picks up.

"Yeah Hoonie?" He hears her say.

"It's me. Jaeyunie. Why did you block-" she hangs up.

"Aish!" He almost hurls Sunghoon's smartphone on the group in a fit of rage.

"This is your problem Jake! You take out your anger on others!" Hoon says as he quickly takes back his mobile.

"Hey, weren't you supposed to be my friend? You are supposed to help me out here!" Jake accusingly says.

"Jake ah. Have you been a good friend?" Sunghoon leaves him speechless.

"You are not the jolly,happy kid who was passionate about soccer anymore. You have become an egoistic guy with anger issues. Sort yourself out. You have changed Sim Jaeyun!" He walks away.

Jake is left behind with nothing left to say.

Sunghoon is at his skating rink,practicing when he hears a familiar voice call out to him.
He turns back to find Rara there. She smiles and waves at him.

"Rara yah?" He skates towards her.

"Hoonie,I have something to tell you." She says.

"Give me a minute,I will be right outside."

She is seated on the bench outside the skating rink under the blistering sun.Sunghoon walks towards her and hands her a cold drink.

"Thanks Hoon." She sips it,feeling her body cool down,from both external and internal heat she had right now.

"Everything okay?" He asks with concern.

She shakes her head.

"It's Jaeyun."

"Of course it is that brat." Hoon sighs.

"I am not on speaking terms with him anymore. I cannot ..." She says slowly.

"But I have to tell him something.  He has to know."

Sunghoon looks at her curiously.

"Liyah is not that great of a girl."

"What's wrong with her?" Sunghoon is shocked.

"Okay,I admit. I never really liked Liyah. But I wouldn't go about saying it openly. If Jaeyun and her are together,it's their business. I am nobody to come in between,but ..."

"Go on Rara." Sunghoon says.

"You know I work at this café right?" Hoon nods his head.

"She came in yesterday,and was trying to flirt with the new part timer. It was not even an accident Hoon. I cannot be mistaken.  It was deliberate!" She has an outburst thinking back to the scene.

Sunghoon goes into deep thought.

"I didn't know she was like that...." He says.

"You trust me?" She turns to him.

"Of course. I trust you more than anyone else. You are not one to jump to conclusions unless you are absolutely sure." He nods.

She smiles.

"Thank you Hoon. Thank you for believing in me." He pats her hair.

"I wish someone else did too..."she sadly says.
Sunghoon understand Jake messed up.

"Hey,but you should tell him atleast. He was too drunk yesterday,I don't think he understood anything." She says.

"Nah. I don't think he will talk to me either." He shakes his head but then looks at the pleading look in her eyes.

"Okay,I will do that...for you..."

"Thanks Hoonie."

Rara was at the dining hall,having her food. She receives a call from Jay.

"Hey! Rara! I am so sorry,something came up,I wouldn't be able to make it to school today..." He apologetically says.

"No problem Jongseong! I will give you the school tour tomorrow then. I hope everything is alright?"

"Yeah. Just have to settle down a few things, that's it,nothing serious."

"Alright then,take care."

"You too Ra."

"Ra? Is he giving me a nickname now?" She find herself smiling as she hung up.

The smile changes into a sigh as soon as Jaeyun appears in front of her.

"Come with me." He takes her hand and gently leads her outside to talk in private.

She doesn't resist. If he was going to apologise,she would let him do it,before she cuts him off.

He took her to the soccer field.
No one is around at this time of the day. He takes a deep breath and Rara folds her arms together.

"Look Ra Ra...I am sorry...I am really sorry for what happened yesterday. I was drunk,I was not in the right state of mind. I don't even remember what I said properly. But I know I said some really hurtful things which may have hurt you...I am sorry Ra Ra."

He seemed really sincere,with a soft apologetic look in his deep brown eyes.

"Apology accepted." She nods.

"So we good now. We can go back to the usual right?" He asks hopefully.

She takes in a deep breath.

"Jaeyun aa...I don't think we can ever go back to being the same again." She says firmly.

"What do you mean?" He raises an eyebrow.

"We are not the same kids from 15 years ago. We have grown up Jaeyun. We have different goals,different priorities and ...different people in our lives-" he interjects.

"Please dont bring Liyah into this again Rara!"

"I only want what's good for you Jaeyun! Why don't you understand? She is not what you think she is."

He takes her hands into his.

"Rara, I am here to talk to you about you and me. About us. Can we focus on that please?"

She slowly takes her hands out of his.

"If you don't think my opinion is valid,there is no us...Jaeyun. There never was,and there never will be."

Jaeyun steps back and heaves a sigh.

"Okay Rara,I won't trouble you any further. Goodbye."

She watches him walk away.

"Jaeyun... Why have we become like this..."

"Rara...why have we become like this..."

"Jake! Man,look Rara wanted me to tell you about Liyah-" Sunghoon is cut off by Jake.

"Sunghoon aa. I am done. You all don't want to be my friends. Liyah is the only one who sticks to my side everytime. She is all I got left. Don't you try to seperate her from me." He says coldly before brushing past him in the corridor.

"What a fool you are Sim Jaeyun..." Sunghoon cannot help but pity him.

As Jake reaches his class,he finds Liyah waiting for him.

"Babe!" She runs to him with a huge smile in her face.

"Where were you?! I was looking for you all day long!" She pouts.

"I am sorry,I will be there for you from now on...always..." He says.

"That's right. I did the right thing. I should trust in Liyah." He tells himself.
