Tuto swept Belicia up into his arms and made his way down to the parking lot. Music from the band thumped, echoing through the trees as Tuto opened his car door and slid Bel into the front seat. He ran around the other side, got in and quickly backed out and left.

Bel sat silent and brooding with her arms crossed over her chest. They rode in silence for a half an hour before Bel finally spoke and asked him where they were going.

Before he could answer she yelled for him to stop the car and he pulled off the road watching as she bailed out of the car and onto the ground coughing and heaving up whatever she had eaten earlier in the evening. He jumped out and ran around to help her and she puked the rest of her meal over his leg and shoes.

His lips pressed into a thin line but he didn't say a word, just holding her off the ground until her vomiting was done. He sat her back in her seat and grabbed some Kleenex he kept in the glove box, wiped her face and his leg and she apologized.

"It's okay Bel, you got upset. I'm just going to run home so I can clean up and then I'll take you Ava's."

She nodded but said no more.

At Noah's, Ava had followed Bel down stairs but she had a different agenda. To find Desiree and beat her ass good, once and for all. She went through every area of the huge estate searching for the bitch who had broken her best friend's heart tonight but Desi was nowhere to be found. That's fine, Ava thought, when I find you, too bad too sad.

She ran into Koya as she came back in from the veranda. Her first instinct was to clobber him for he had done but she could see he was frantic with worry. Freaking out would have been how Ava described it. Served him right, she thought smugly even though she could tell the distress on his face was real. He came straight up to her and didn't hold back. Not what she was expecting.

"Where is Belicia, Ava! Please tell me you know!"

"You have the nerve Koya!" Ava lit into him. "What makes you think I'd tell you anyway after what you've done! After I stood up for you the last time."

Koya grabbed her arms. "Please Ava. I'm sorry and there is no time to explain anything but I promise, cross my heart, I will tell you both everything. It's a long story. Tuto. Tuto is related to me Ava, just please help me find her Ava--"

He sounded so sincere she could feel his pain and the thought of hearing some juicy gossip won out and Ava sighed. "I don't know what's wrong with me, but I believe you Koya. Bel ran down ahead of me and I went looking for Desi, who -,"

"I know what Desi did, Ava, it's not just Bel who has been hurt by her but I have to find her Av, it's urgent."

"You think? I want to know where Desi is right now because I'm gonna put that bitch on the ground and fuck her up, Koya, this is the last straw."

"Ahhhhhh, Ava please, just help me find Bel first."

Ava finally nodded to Koya's relief.

"Come with me," she gestured, walking over where Tuto's fanboys all stood around looking lost. Ava walked up to them with Koya right behind her. "Where is Tuto?"

None of them said a word.

Ava got closer. "I said, where the fuck is Tuto?"

"I don't know Ava," one of his friends, a guy who went by 'Noodle,' smarted off.

"Koya stepped up to him and grabbed his shirt. "Well somebody better know, Noodle. Or you're gonna get your ass handed to you in a trash can," he told Noodle with his teeth clenched. "So you better get someone here to give me an answer. Now!"

Ava had never seen Koya so upset. The veins in his neck pulsed and she swore she saw the hair rise up along his arms all the way to the back of his neck. It caused her to shudder and seemed to convince Noodle he better say something, and quick.

"Look, he ran out a while ago chasing after his crush, and he hasn't come back," Noodle spat out, not wanting to feel Koya's fists against his nose.

"Would that crush happen to be Belicia?" Koya pressed him further, tightening his hold on Noodles' shirt.

Noodle nodded and swallowed with relief when Koya pushed him as he let go of his shirt. Koya took Ava and headed for the door.

"Look, I gotta go find her Av, you can go with me if you want, I'll bring you back tomorrow to get your car."

"No. You go ahead but be careful Koya. Calm down and don't have a wreck. I'm gonna hang out until I find Desiree. Then when I'm finished with her, I'll head home. If you find her, just bring her over. I'll wait up. Text me and I'll come down. And Koya, you can spend the night too, alright. I know you're not going to want to leave her."

"Thanks Ava," he nodded, and took off out the front door bounding down the hill to the parking lot below.

Ava went to find Cayde, DJ and Lindy. She wanted to tell him to get ready to leave because she was about to crush Desiree.

Tuto pulled his sleek Charger muscle car into the driveway and helped Bel get out. Then he walked to his front door, unlocked it and helped her inside.

Belicia looked around in wonder. Tuto lived in a grand old mansion that had been built in the eighteen hundreds and restored to perfection. A man approached them and welcomed him home asking if he could get his master Tuto anything.

Belicia's eyebrows rose. A butler? Tuto had a butler? What else had she missed about the Toyotomi family? She was feeling queasy and asked Tuto if she could sit down somewhere.

"Of course Bel, come with me. There's a guest room upstairs. You can lay down and rest while I take a shower."

She followed him up a winding staircase made of dark, rich mahogany and across a landing to a room he opened up and motioned for her to go in. It was comfortable and warm and she was thankful laying down on the bed. He left and came back with a glass of water and some headache medicine which he placed on a bedside table.

"Thank you Tuto," she said, grateful for his understanding. "I'm really sorry I threw up on you."

"Don't think about it Bel, just have a nap and I'll be back in a bit." He left and pulled the door closed but left it cracked just a little.

Belicia took a sip of water and swallowed a couple headache tablets and lay back on the pillows. She pulled a quilt up around her chin and without a second thought, she fell asleep.

Tuto went straight to his shower and undressed. He turned on the tap and let the water run hot before he got in and washed the vomit grime from his leg. His thoughts were running away with ideas. Desiree's little plan had worked to perfection. Damn she was good. She had finally admitted to Tuto tonight that she wanted to break up. She said she wanted to see other people, but she didn't tell him exactly who. He was just glad. Maybe she did have the hots for old Koya boya and didn't want to tell him. He didn't care anyway. By tomorrow, Koya boya should be in his rear mirror, and he would make sure Belicia forgot all about him.

When he got out he wrapped a towel around his waist and made his way over to check on her. He peeked in and was surprised and happy to see she had fallen asleep.

Really, he was thrilled. When she woke up tomorrow, he'd be beside her and tell her what a hot night they had. He left and went downstairs for a drink. It couldn't get any better than this.
