"Wh-what is it?" Harumin asked. Matsuri took a deep breath and sighed deeply. She didn't want to immediately burst into tears so she tried relaxing herself and talk to Harumin
"S-so...I um...damnit..." Matsuri mumbled not knowing where to start
"Lina told me...something happened in the bathroom back at the mall. You were...trying to hurt yourself...and you were crying..." Harumin said
"Y-yeah...that did happened. I-it's just that...when I saw you with Kori...memories of him came up. I knew Kori when we were kids...I bullied him a lot. I'm the reason he's been moving a lot...I never wanted to hurt him. I couldn't control myself...after my grandfather teaching me to kill...that was basically what my black dragon knows...until I met you. Y-you changed my life. I was always so happy being with you. I-I've never felt that feeling before when I was alone. My past keeps haunting me...those painful memories can't be erased. I-I sometimes keep remembering my past and...after all I've been through I just feel...like a monster. I mean if you hadn't met me you wouldn't have to go through all that. Now I ended up turning you into one too. I made you kill your own grandmother and I let you kill my friend who didn't try to do anything but tell her feelings...I think. All I'm saying is...that I-I don't think I'm good enough for you. I'm not perfect...l-like him. He could've been a wonderful husband for you. The two of you are perfect together. Your whole family loved him because he was smart and rich. I still don't know how someone like him ended up being rich but whatever. It's just that...he deserves you more. I never deserved you...because all I am is...a nobody. Maybe I deserve to die after being through those tough battles...I mean the lady wanted to kill me and those men wanted to kill me. I think my fate is...die. That's why...I'm letting you go-Mmmmph!" Harumin kissed Matsuri and pushed her down onto the bed. Matsuri blushed and slowly melted into the kiss. Harumin pulled away from the kiss with tears rolling down her cheeks
"I want you...I only love you. I don't want any rich or successful man. I just want you Matsuri. I love you with all my heart. I can't just leave you because I don't want to ever leave you! I'm staying with you because I love you! It doesn't matter if these dragons possess us! We have each other to help us! Also what do you mean that your fate is to die and that you deserve to die!? Did you not see everyone here crying?! They all cried for you Matsuri! We all cried for you! We were all praying for you! Because we all care about you and love you! If you were gone...it just wouldn't be the same without you. The thought of losing you...just hurts my heart...I don't want to lose you. I would've killed myself as well to join you...if I lost you. I want you here with me. I love you Matsuri. I'm going to stay with you forever..." Harumin said. Matsuri teared up and wrapped her arms around Matsuri hugging her.
"I-I love you too Harumin!" Matsuri cried. Harumin hugged her back tightly and cried too. The tears rolling down their cheeks turned into bloody tears which meant...their dragons were also crying. They both pulled away from the hug and wiped their tears then kissed each other passionately while their dragon tattoos glowed. They both pulled away and hugged each other again wanting to be in each other's arms

Everyone was at the dinner table talking and laughing. Matsuri saw everyone's smile and knew she had amazing friends. The happy moment made her want to cry since she never thought she would end up being happy. Suddenly the door was being knocked and Matsuri answered it. Her eyes widen seeing who it was...The Midnight Assassins
"Leader!!" The gang shouted
"Hey everyone! Come on in!" Matsuri said. Once the whole gang went inside Matsuri was about to walk inside but saw the full moon. She smiled and reached her hand out to it. She saw a light and saw another light
"I love you both...grandma and grandpa" Matsuri whispered and went back to join the party. The party was a blast. Everyone was dancing while others were playing video games and some were just chatting. After the wild party was over everyone stayed to help Matsuri and Harumin clean up the place. Once they cleaned up the place they left to go back home. Lina handed Matsuri the small box that contained the diamond ring.
"Good luck Matsuri" Lina whispered
"Thanks for keeping it safe" Matsuri whispered back
"Your welcome. See ya tomorrow" Lina said waving goodbye. Matsuri waved back and she turned to see Harumin was on the couch taking a nap
Awwwww she's asleep. Hmmm? This is my chance to do something special
Matsuri grabbed a blanket then wrapped it around Harumin to keep her warm. Matsuri smiled and looked at the box then opened it seeing the ring.

Harumin groaned a bit then slowly opened her eyes. She saw the clean and empty house.
M-matsuri?! Where is she?!
Harumin was going to panic but saw on the floor a trail of red rose petals. Harumin looked at the trail and saw it lead outside. Harumin opened the door and gasped seeing rose petals and candles. The candles formed a huge heart and the rose petals covered the inside of it. She saw Matsuri in the middle of the heart
"Surprise!" Matsuri said. Harumin teared up and walked to Matsuri entering inside the heart
"M-matsuri...what's all th-this for?" Harumin asked. Matsuri smiled and kneeled down on one knee then held Harumin's hand
"M-matsuri?" Harumin asked
"Harumin you have changed my life a lot. My love for you keeps on growing stronger everyday. Each day spending time with you made me love you even more. That first kiss we had when we were little was something special. I want to be with you forever Harumin. I love you so much with all my heart. My heart always skips a beat whenever I see those beautiful hazel eyes of yours. I want to make you happy and see that smile of yours. I want to spend the rest of my life with you and no one else" Matsuri paused and reached to her pocket then pulled out a small box. Harumin let put a soft gasp and teared up as Matsuri opened the box revealing a beautiful ring
"Harumin...will you marry me?" Matsuri asked blushing
"Yes! Yes I will marry you!" Harumin said. Matsuri smiled brightly and put the ring on Harumin's finger. Harumin teared up and hugged Matsuri. Matsuri hugged her back too and teared up feeling happy
"I love you Harumin" Matsuri said
"I love you too Matsuri" Harumin said. They both shared a deep passionate kiss enjoying this beautiful moment together.
