I'm sitting in the living room watching cowbells i love this movie. the phone goes off i get up and answer it it's my best friend Crystal. 'Hey Crys!" i said excitedly. "Hey Lex how are you girl?" " good how about you?" " Great! i just got new job!" really where?" "At the Apple store." That's cool i thought she's really good with technology and stuff so that's really a good job for her. i remember when when we was little and we was at my aunt Ruby's house she didn't know how to face-time my grandma sandy so Crys had to help her and eventually she got it and since that day any that had any problems with technology asked her for help. Even i do sometimes. Crystal knew i was was quiet cause i haven't talked in a while. "Lex?!" she said. "Huh" i said coming out of my thoughts. "So what do you think of my new job?" "I think it's awesome. You're really good at technology so this would be a good way to use your skills."Haha" i guess." " Anyway i was calling because i was wondering of you wanted to go to the movies today?" " Yeah sure what do you wanna go see?" I asked. " i heard Hunger Games: Mocking jay was really good." "Do u wanna go and see that?" she asked. "Yeah, sure i've been wanting to see that for a while now but i either just didn't have the time or i had no one to go with". "What about Danny?" she asked confused. "Well i wanted to go with him but each time i would ask him he said not today because he was either tired or busy." "Oh!" she said. "Yeah" i said kinda disappointed. "Ok, well we can go at see that one that's at 7:00 if that's ok with you?" she said. "Yeah that's fine" I said. " " Ok cool" "I'll come get you at 6:15 ok" she asked. "Yeah ok" Ok, see you later lex" "Ok bye i said then i hung up then i went back into the living room and continued watching the rest of cowbells. After it went off i went into the kitchen and started to make dinner. A few mins later Danny came in. "Hey Dan!" I said. "Hey lex he said while coming in through the back door and putting his coat in the closet. Danny came over to me and put his hands on my waist and kissed my cheek. I turned around to face him and kissed him on the lips. The kiss was passionate and it lasted a good 10 mins until i stopped it and continued to cook. Danny went into the living room and turned the tv to a channel. Once i was done cooking i called him over. I asked if he would set the table while i get the plates ready he nodded and set the table. Once he he was done he came up to the other side of the island and asked "What you cooking lex?" "Um... noodles and chicken." i said. "Mmm... my favorite. " "I know" i set the plates down then sat down started eating. Me and Danny sat across from each other. It was quite for a while until i broke it and asked " So Dan how was work?" he looked at me with a look of shocked and confused. He then looked at me with a blank face like he didn't know what to say. "Dan!" I said. "Huh!" he said coming out of his trance. " I asked you how was work?" "It was fine" he mumbled quietly enough so i wouldn't hear it but i did. "Ok" i said and continued eating. "So how was you day?" he asked. "It was fine" I said. "so what did you do?" he asked. "Umm... Well i didn't really do much I took a shower than i just watched cowbells " He nodded and got up and washed his plate i the sink and put it the dishwasher. "Well you seemed to have a relaxing day" he said. I chuckled. "Yeah i guess i did." i looked at the clock and it was almost 7:00. Once i put washed and put my plate in the dishwasher I ran upstairs and got dressed. I decided to put on one of my Aeropostale shirts with some black skinny jeans and some black ankle boots. Once i was done i put on my clothes i looked in the mirror and i thought to myself "Dang I Look Amazing". After i did that i got my pursue and went downstairs and waited for Crystal. " "Wow" Danny said coming into the living room and coming by the couch and stood over me. "You looking beautiful Alexa" I smiled. "Thanks i said. "So where you going tonight all cute like that. i chuckled a little at his question. "Um me and Crystal are going to go see a movie. "Oh really?" i nod. " "What movie" he asked. "Um... the Hunger Games: Mocking Jay. "Oh yea that's right you've been wanting to see that" he said. "Yeah and i've been trying to see it with you." "Yeah i now baby but I've been busy with work and i just didn't have the time to do that." i looked down at the ground. "Hey" he says and lifts my head up with his fingers. "Now you have someone to go with work. i did a little smile. Crystal showed up just than she texted me and told me she was outside and I texted her back saying ok and that i'm heading out. I kissed Danny goodbye and went out the door. Once i got outside and got into Crystal's car she stated the engine and drove off. It was now 6:20 and the movie started at 7:00 but because of ads, commercials it'll probably start somewhere around some 7:20 something. Anyway we got to the theater at 6:40. We got in and paid for our tickets got us some drinks and some snacks and enjoyed the movie. But while i was watching the movie i couldn't get what Danny said about work out of my mind. "It was fine." he mumbled. I had a feeling something was wrong and that Danny might be in trouble. After the movie all i can think about was" Is Danny in trouble?" "Will he be ok?" but then i thought about the fact that Danny has never specifically told me what he does at his job. Now i'm wondering
