So far the baby has no movement. my stomach is still flat like usual

Menma has been very concerned, hes only 18 and knows nothing about babys. He doesn't know when the doctor can tell if the baby is a boy or girl, if it even is one baby, What I can and can't eat, Do I have to workout? when should I stop going to school, When should I start cleaning and decorating the babys room, we know nothing about babys.
