"I fucking hate you!" Dallon screamed, rushing to the bedroom. He slammed the door behind him, his heart racing. He felt as though it was going to become too much and it was going to pound out of his chest.

"G-God, I hate him.." he rambles, sitting down on the bed and rocking himself back and forth.

He hears the front door slam and he lets out a heavy breath, hearing a car start shortly after. Thank god he was leaving, Dallon really didn't know if he could deal with much more of that.

He and his partner had been getting into more and more fights recently, and finally tonight he snapped. He was so sick of keeping all of his feelings bottled up for months, and he thought he could handle it. Tonight he couldn't though, and everything finally came overflowing until it was all too much.

He didn't regret what he had done though, he was glad that he was finally gone.

Dallon finally manages to pull himself up and he takes a deep breath, yanking off his shirt and pants, just pulling on sweatpants and not bothering with a shirt. He looks over at the nightstand and he huffs, shaking his head. He shoves off the picture frame holding a picture of him and his partner. It hit the wall and the glass shattered, the noise not even startling him at this point.

Dallon goes and he lays down in bed, putting his head against the pillow. He was exhausted, and he just wanted to go to sleep and never wake up. Or he did want to wake up, best case scenario this was a nightmare. He doubted it, but there was always a small sliver of hope.

He just takes a deep breath and he cries, cries until he possibly can't anymore. By then he's even more exhausted, and he just falls fast asleep.

As he eventually wakes up, he groans a little, having a pain in his back and the back of his neck. That was a little weird though, I mean he had been sleeping on his side and on his bed. He was never sore like this before.

"Fuck," he mumbles, slowly beginning to open his eyes and pull himself up. He rubs his eyes gently, taking in a heavy breath. As he finally opens them, they go wide, a soft gasp escaping his lips as he looks around.

This definitely wasn't his bed, and it wasn't even his bedroom.

No, this place was completely different.

There were bright colors everywhere. There were plants everywhere as well, flowers, trees, bushes. It was truly stunning. Up along the way Dallon could see the faint outline of a castle, something he had never really seen before.

"Where the hell am I?" He murmurs, slowly pulling himself up to his feet and he brushes himself off, looking around. He didn't know what else to really do since he was lost, so he just decided to get up and go along the trail until he found someone. He couldn't just stay against the tree all day, that definitely wouldn't work.

He slowly begins to walk down the trail, taking in everything as he does so. It was quite peaceful here. There weren't people bustling around everywhere, and there definitely wasn't any yelling. Dallon definitely liked that part of it.

He continues to walk along until he comes to some tall hedges. He cocks his head a little, not knowing how to get around them. Upon finding no better option, he just pushes his way through them, whining as the leaves touch his skin. When he makes it to the other side, he looks around, letting out a soft breath.

There was a large tree in the middle of this little area. There were bushes with red flowers, as well as white rose bushes that for some reason had red on them. Dallon noticed that there was red paint buckets and brushes beside some of them, seemingly having been long forgotten.

As he gets closer to the tree, he sees two figures. One was sitting underneath the tree, and one was actually in the tree.

The weird thing was the one in the tree had a tail.

Dallon had to do a double take, and he blinks a little, not being quite sure of what he was seeing. He still needed to know where he was though, so he mans up and he walks over, clearing his throat.

"Uhm.. c-can you maybe help me? I have absolutely no idea where I'm at," he says, finally looking up at them.

His eyes widen and his cheeks flush as the boy that was sitting under the tree looks up at him.

His hair was neat, and rather fluffy, being styled just enough, but still somehow messy. He was obviously wearing a very light face of makeup, and Dallon could see the shine of lip gloss on his lips. Around his neck was a choker, a small gold rose attaching the chains in the middle, and then there was a necklace with a key on it, hanging down past the choker. His outfit was rather feminine, being a simple black checkered skirt with a red shirt. Even his shoes were fancy, having intricate little rose detailing along the sides.

Something that caught Dallon off guard was the crown that was sat beside him, the gold shining brightly in the sun.

The boy in the tree suddenly disappears, and Dallon just about jumps out of his skin as he reappears directly in front of him.

"You definitely don't look like you're from here," the boy snickers, the cat ears on his head flicking a little. His hair was black, but his ears and tail were grey with blue stripes, and his eyes were crazy. They were almost identical to a cats, the bright yellowish green standing out.

He suddenly smiles, and Dallon takes a step back, realizing just how insane the boy really looked. The other boy, the one who Dallon fancied, just let out a loud huff, and he kicks the cat boy in the leg, glaring.

"Leave him alone, would you Ches?" He says, shaking his head as he slowly stands up. He dusts his skirt off, and he pushes the other boy out of the way. Dallon hears a soft chuckle before the cat boy has disappeared again, reappearing once again in the tree.

"Anyways, I apologize for him. He clearly doesn't know his boundaries, exactly like his father," he says, turning and glaring the boy in the tree who just shrugs. The boy in front of Dallon just rolls his eyes and he holds his hand out to shake, to which Dallon takes it and shakes it.

He notices how soft the boys hands are, and he almost doesn't want to let go.

"I'm Brendon, and that up there is Chester," the boy, now known as Brendon says, and he smiles at Dallon, giggling gently. He brings a hand up to mess with the key around his neck, humming.

"So what's your name, stranger?" Chester asks, his ears once again flickering before laying back, his eyes slipping shut as well.

It takes Dallon a second to find his voice again, but when he does, he gently speaks. "It's Dallon."

"That's interesting! I've never heard that name before." Brendon giggles, smiling up at Dallon whose cheeks felt like they were on fire.

Brendon suddenly turns to Chester again, giving him a look. "I'm going to take him around, okay? Don't follow us. We don't need to have your pesky self bothering us," he says, leaning down to scoop up his crown.

"Take this back to my room and don't let mom see it, I don't want her to know I'm not wearing it," he says, handing Chester the crown. Chester nods, giving a little wave before he and the crown are completely gone.

Brendon turns back to Dallon and he slowly grabs his hand.

"Alright! Lets go!" He giggles gently, his voice sounding so bubbly. Dallon just goes along with it, not wanting to deny the beautiful boy in front of him.

"Where exactly are we going?" He asks, following him along the trail.

"Anywhere really! There's so many cool places here that you're sure to love. Then we could always stop for some tea!"

"Tea..?" Dallon hesitantly asks, cocking his head. Brendon lets out a soft 'mhm!' noise, and Dallon just nods.

"I believe we have the best tea here. Tea parties are always so much fun! Nivens always stresses out about them, but that's just how he is," Brendon says, a wide smile on his face.

"Who's Nivens?" Dallon asks, realizing just how many questions he actually had for the boy.

"Oh! It's the white rabbit! He's always running around going 'I'm late! I'm late!'," Brendon giggles, bringing two fingers up on either side of his head like rabbit ears, and he jumps around, seemingly mocking the rabbit he was speaking of.

Dallon laughs a little, finding the boys gesture rather cute.

They continue to walk for what feels like forever, the two boys just making small talk. Dallon did end up mustering you the courage to tell the boy that he thought he was beautiful, and in return it made Brendon blush like mad.

Dallon also made a comment about how that was adorable, which made Brendon squeak and hide his face.

Brendon took Dallon possibly everywhere that he could think of. Up to the castle, through the woods, to the flower gardens. Anywhere and everywhere that came to his mind.

He was currently leading him to his tea party, that seemingly being in the middle of no where to dallon.

Upon arrival, Brendon squeals, dragging Dallon along to the table. He pulls him over to a chair and he sets him down, sitting down in the chair next to him.

Dallon glances around at the neatly made table, his eyes scanning the tea cups and the tea pot that was in the middle of the table. He finds himself zoning out a little, and whenever he looks up again, there's suddenly other people, and animals, at the table.

Dallon recognizes Nivens, the white rabbit that Brendon had spoken of beforehand. He was holding a pocket watch in his hands, his eyes trained on it. At the end of the table there was a man, probably around Dallon's age. He already knew Brendon was a bit younger than him.

He had a top hat on his head, cards sticking out of the little corner of it. He had a rather fancy looking suit, yet it had little trinkets all around it. Pins and buttons, feathers, ribbon. You name it, and it was probably on his coat. He had a white undershirt on underneath, and Dallon noticed it looked a bit more roughed up than his coat.

"Alister!" Brendon suddenly says, snapping Dallon out of his little trance. He hadn't realized he had been staring at the other man, and he quickly looks away, looking down at the tea cup that was placed in front of him.

"Who is this, Brendon?" The man, who Dallon presumed was Alister, asks, and he smiles, taking off his top hat to reveal his short, but curly hair. It was almost like Brendon's, but just a lot curlier. He sets his hat down on the table, and Dallon notices that his nails are painted.

"His name is Dallon, he had no idea where he was at so I've been showing him around! He's really nice, and might I add rather handsome," Brendon says, and Dallon wishes his had the confidence that the boy beside him had. He had no shame in saying the last part, and he knew if it was him, he would have blushed shortly after.

"Well, Dallon.." Alister says, taking a rather long pause before continuing. "Welcome to Wonderland, I hope you enjoy your stay."

Dallon just smiles a little, nodding gently. "I have full intentions to," he says, looking over at Brendon and he smiles more as he looks at the boy.

Alister smiles, and then he looks over to the rabbit that was beside him, leaning over and grabbing the watch from him.

"I'm keeping this until we're done with our session, you know we don't do this to guests!" He says, shaking his head. He then leans over and he grabs the teapot, pouring himself a cup of tea before he passes it around. Whenever it gets to Dallon he slowly lifts it up and he pours some into his own tea cup, watching it swirl around before it finally settles.

"Mallymkun, would you be a dear and get us some sugar?" Alister suddenly asks, and Dallon has no idea who he's talking to. Next thing he knows, a little mouse comes out from behind a few of the glasses in the middle of the table. She makes her way around the plates of cookies and biscuits, and Dallon only then gets a good view of her dress.

Suddenly Dallon sees Chester appear at the other end of the table, making the rabbit jump in his seat. Chester then looks over at Brendon, smiling.

"I put your crown up, and just managed to escape the darling with the bloody big head," he speaks smoothly, resting his elbow on the counter and putting his chin in his palm. There's a snicker from the others, and Brendon just rolls his eyes.

"Don't talk about my mother like that, you already know how I feel about it. Even if none of us like her, it doesn't mean you can just talk about her like that. She is my mom," Brendon says, glaring at Chester.

"Thank heavens you don't look like her," Alister snickers, and Mallymkun places her hands on her hips, glaring up at Alister. She pulls a needle out of her pouch and she points it at Alister who puts his hands up in defense.

"No need to be so rude, Alister!" She says, glaring more. "Especially in front of our guest! And you!" She huffs, pointing to Chester. "You need to cut it out as well!"

"Oh, but it's just so fun.. besides, you know we're right. The red queen does have a bloody big head," Chester speaks, and Brendon throws a biscuit at him, causing him to let out a hiss before he disappears.

Dallon was just watching in amusement, but he was smiling widely. All the people, and animals, around him are making him feel welcome. He hardly knew any of them, but he felt like he had been here about a million times. He didn't feel like a stranger, he just felt like he was one of them.

He already knew he was growing to love this place, and he only hoped that he would get to stay with the the beautiful boy and his crazy friends.

They make small talk like this for awhile, just drinking their tea and eating their biscuits. Dallon got to know Brendon and his friends more, and the others got to know Dallon better. Alister told stories of when Brendon was younger and how he used to watch him, and Brendon would quickly butt in, not wanting Alister to reveal anything too embarrassing about his child hood.

After they finish all of their tea, they slowly begin to get up, Alister and Mallymkun getting leaving together, Mallymkun riding in his coat pocket. Nivens managed to get his watch back from Alister and he looked down at it, checking the time before scurrying off down the road somewhere, quickly becoming just a little dot in the distance. Chester has disappeared before anyone else had left, no one really knowing where he had gone off to.

Brendon and Dallon were the only two left, and they had begun walking down the trail, hand in hand. As they walked, Brendon rested just head against Dallon's shoulder, sighing happily and contently as they walked. Dallon looked down at him and he smiled, slowly leaning down and kissing the younger's head.

He didn't know what had gotten into him, but he felt the need to try and show Brendon how he felt. Even in the short time that they were together he knew that he had definitely developed a not so small crush on him.

And the thing was, he didn't even know how or why.

He just knew something had clicked the moment he met the boy under the tree, hell, even the moment he first saw him just sitting there. His kind smile when they had first spoke, his soft hands, his sassiness towards Chester. He was coming love all of it. Even his little phases where his voice would increase in volume because he was excited about something. Or if his volume didn't increase, then he would just talk extremely fast, but Dallon found it adorable.

He just thought the boy was completely stunning in every way.

The continue to walk along until Brendon lifts his head off of his shoulder, slowly looking up at him with that bright smile.

"I have a little place we can go," he says gently. "It's very beautiful there, I think you'll really enjoy it. Ches and I hang out around there all the time," Brendon explains, looking up at Dallon with almost hopeful eyes.

Dallon still couldn't deny him even if he wanted to, and he slowly nods with a smile.

"By all means, lead the way, princess." He says calmly, watching as Brendon's face heats up again.

"H-Hey!" The shorter says, lightly hitting Dallon in the arm. Dallon could tell he liked it though, he saw how the boy couldn't stop smiling.

"Well if your mother's the queen, then you would be the princess," he says, smirking a little at the look on Brendon's face.

"No, I would be the prince."

"Oh, but we both know you much prefer princess, darling. Your smile just proves my point," he says, lightly tapping the boys flushed cheeks.

Brendon just grumbles under his breath, shaking his head a little as he shoves Dallon's hand away from his face.

"You know I'm only teasing, but I guess I could call you princess more often if you react like that every time," Dallon says, a soft chuckle escaping his lips. Brendon just huffs, grabbing Dallon's hand again and dragging him along the trail at a somewhat quicker pace.

Dallon lets out a soft laugh and he just follows him, making sure to keep up his pace so that he didn't accidentally fall. The path kept winding, going back and forth, the corners sharp.  It swerved and then twisted, but the two just went along, laughing happily as one tried to keep up with the other.

When Brendon comes to an abrupt stop, Dallon almost runs into him, and he has to quickly stop himself.

"Goodness, Bren! I could've knocked you down!" He says, shaking his head a little bit as he wraps an arm around Brendon. "Where even are we?"

Brendon giggles and he gently grabs his hand again, just pulling him through a few vines and tall grasses. It was definitely a little overgrown, but the other side was truly stunning.

There was a small creek, the water trickling around gently, making small individual streams. A small waterfall connected all of them though, and it was almost like a small pond, probably just deep enough to go up to your calves if you were to stand in it.

Dallon looks around in awe, and Brendon smiles.

"See? I knew you would like it, Dally," he says gently, taking his hand again and he pulls him over to a few stepping stones that led to the pond. Brendon goes first, leading the way as Dallon follows him.

They make it over to the pond and Dallon dips his hand into the water, smiling and humming lightly at the coolness of it. It was almost sparkling, the water being a crystal clear color, with a faint hint of blue. It wasn't too much though, but just enough to add some color. It was as if someone had put a single drop of food coloring into a thing of water. It was just enough to give it a hint of color, and it was absolutely gorgeous.

There were small lily pads around, and Dallon watched as a frog jumped from one to the other, before jumping into the water. He turns and looks the other way, seeing a little patch of beautifully colored flowers and mushrooms. They were all bright, not even one of them showing any signs of dying.

The leaves and grass were bright green as well, clearly being healthy. Dallon loved it, and he honestly felt as though he was in heaven. He had never seen anything so beautiful before. He was always caught up in the city life, and he didn't exactly have much land at his house either.

He never took the time to sit and examine everything around him, especially nature. He was beginning to realize how much he actually took things like this for granted. It may have been simple, I mean they were just plants, but he couldn't picture the world without them.

Especially this place, "Wonderland" as they liked to call it. It would practically be nothing without its nature, plus it would just be quite odd without it.

Although everything here was quite odd as Dallon came to figure out.

"Dallon," he hears Brendon call, and he lifts his head up, searching for the direction of his friends voice. Whenever he finds him, he smiles, immediately pulling himself away from the pond and over to brendon who waited for him ah the edge.

"There's a little place up here we can sit," he says with a smile, and he takes Dallon's hand into his again, slowly pulling him along past the streams and the little pond.

Not much farther away, they come to a small opening that led up to another large tree. Dallon was taking notice to just how many trees there were. He didn't mind them, but it seemed like everywhere he looked there was a huge tree in front of him again.

They make there way up there, and when they reach it, they both slowly sit down, side by side. Eventually Brendon pushes himself into dallon and he lays his head against his shoulder, his hand against his chest as he lightly gripped the shirt Dallon was now wearing.

From where there were you could see the pond and everything, and it really was a beautiful sight.

It's quiet for awhile, but it's a very comfortable silence. Brendon's head remains against Dallon's chest, his eyes closed and a small smile gracing his lips as he cuddled up to Dallon. Dallon on the other hand had his arm around Brendon, his chin resting against the top of Brendon's head.

Occasionally he would place soft kisses to it, just being happy now and content. Plus way more comfortable with kissing his head, or his cheek. The younger's courage had somehow rubbed off on him even in just the slightest.

Eventually, Brendon slowly lifts his head up and he lets out a soft sigh, stretching as he turns to face Dallon. Dallon cocks his head a little and he looks down at Brendon.

Suddenly he feels the younger's hands cup his cheeks and he looks at him, being confused.

"We don't have much time, Dally.." he mumbles, a sad smile on his face as his eyes slowly began to glitter, the boy in front of him tearing up.

"What do you mean, lovely?" Dallon asks lightly, his eyes scanning the boys face. He was utterly confused. What did he mean by that?

"D-Dallon.." he starts, shaking his head. "This is just a dream.. eventually you're going to wake up." He says, keeping up that same sad smile that shattered Dallon's heart.

"N-No.. it.. it can't be.." Dallon lightly speaks, his eyes widening as he looks at Brendon. "You're lying.. its all too real, Bren! P-Please tell me you're lying.."

"I really wish I was.." he says gently in return, looking up at Dallon as he gently strokes his cheeks with the pads of his thumbs.

Dallon doesn't think twice as he leans in and kisses the younger, their lips meeting and molding together almost perfectly. Dallon knew it was cliche, but he felt fireworks going off in his chest and his heart, his heart also feeling like it was going to best out of his chest.

As they pull away, Dallon slowly puts their foreheads together, their eyes still remaining shut.

"I l-love you, Dallon.." Brendon breathes, gripping the man's shirt tightly.

"I love you too, beautiful boy.."

Dallon suddenly wakes up with a jolt, his chest heaving. His heart and head felt all fluttery, like he was somehow up in the clouds.

"Brendon.." he breathes, looking around quickly, finding himself in his same old bedroom.

He feels tears come into his eyes and he lets out a shaky breath, glancing around the room. He puts his hand down on the bed, and he gasps a little as he feels something poke him in the palm.

He slowly looks down and he turns his hand over, his eyes widening as he sees whats in his hold.

It was the small key necklace that Brendon wore around his neck, the chain hanging down of Dallon's hand as he gripped the actually key. He smiles widely and he lets out a gently cry. He slowly takes it and he hooks it around his neck, clasping it and making sure it was secure.

He knew he had to find a way back, he couldn't just leave the boy he met in his dreams alone.

"Wonderland.. I love.." he breathes, clutching the key once again, his heart pounding.
