☬ Ashley's Pov ☬

Everything had seemed to stop for me. I was shocked beyond everything. The scenery which was revealed, and those two persons who were standing in front of me, I was out of my breath to see them. I had forgot everything momentarily. Then I started to hyperventilate, panic and fear had gripped my heart in a icy cage.

'Oh my God! Savannah and Henry! What the hell are they doing here?!' I screamed internally.

"Last thing I remember that I didn’t invite you and her. But you have come, we can have fun! And also where are your manners, people?! This is how you greet when you come someone's house? I am going to teach you some manners," Silitha sassed at them.

"We’re not here to talk nonsense with you, bitch. Well, I really didn’t know that church is your house, last thing I remember that hell is your home. I am going to send you there. Release them!" he said dangerously.

"Are you still angry that you couldn’t kill me last time we had met, hunter? Did it hurt your little pride, huh?" she asked him mockingly and continued, "The famous hunter couldn’t kill me. Who could have thought that!" she sneered at last part.

'WHAT?! H-hunter! Henry is a hunter?! Oh, God! He is the one who wanted to kill Silitha? Damn! But what the fuck is Savannah doing here?! Stupid, stupid, Sav!' My thoughts broke by Silitha.

"I must say that you are really brave, hunter. You have also brought this human with you. If I was in your place, I would never come here. Now, you have come, you have to die. I am going to give you special treatment, Mr. hunter," she said with a menacing grin.

"Yes, Savannah! Please get out from here. Why did you come?! Please go!" I yelled at her hoarsely. Every parts of my body were hurting. My throat had dried because of crying and screaming. My heart was pounding viciously.

"Yeah. You shouldn’t have come, Savannah. She can't leave right now, Ashley. Your friend is going to die along with that hunter. She should think that, before she has come here. Anyways, isn’t it lovely that my enemies are going to die?! How wonderful!" She said cheerfully.

Savannah just gave me a small smile, she looked so guilty.

'Why did she look so guilty?!'

Then she turned at Silitha and said,"You sound so cocky. Do you really think that I am a human, or I have come here without any protection? Wow, for a demon, you are really dumb. Tsk. Tsk...Demon bitch, don't judge anyone by their appearances. Looks can be very deceiving, dear."

After saying that Savannah smirked at her. I stared at her dumbfounded.
Her words were working on my mind.

'What did just she say? She has protection, and she is not a human. Oh, okay.'

Couple of seconds later, her words had registered in my mind.

'Holy shit! She said that she is not a human!' My eyes had widen at shock. 

'Yeah, we have discovered that, captain obvious!'

'This is not the right time for being sarcastic, brain!'

I looked at them, just staring. I saw Silitha's eyes were flashing black to her grey colours. She looked angry. She closed her eyes for a moment, then opened them. She looked at them, gave them a sinister smirk.

"Is that so? I don’t think that I am dumb. Maybe you have forgot the defination of it. How dare you insult us?! But it left me wondering that what you are. Let me guess, you are no one!" She said with taunting voice.

Savannah just shook her head, and rolled her eyes at Silitha. But something happened, I felt my whole world got turned upside down from it. I felt, my feets had just moved off from the ground. My faith had shattered like glasses.

Savannah closed her eyes, then opened them. Her eyes started to glow into blue colour from her hazel brown eyes. Her ears were getting pointy like the ends of a blade. Blue light was surging through her whole body. I saw a tattoo started to cover the right side of her neck. I couldn’t see that much of her right shoulder, but I knew that the tattoos were covering it. The tattoo was beautiful. They were some kind of odd looking signs which were glowing in blue light. She closed her eyes, then re-opened them again, her eyes weren't glowing, but her tattoo was still glowing.

I felt my jaw dropped at this. Well not just me, I saw Silitha's jaw had dropped a little. She looked scared too. But she quickly had masked her face.

Many emotions were running through me. I really forgot what I should feel about it. But one thing, I was feeling right now, it was betrayal.

'Why she do this to me?! Am I really a bad person?! Why, Savannah? Why?!Maybe I am really a worst person. That's why I can't have anything good in my life. She also knows Henry!'

My eyes were stinging involuntarily, tears were streaming down from my eyes. I tried to swallow the lump which was starting to form in my throat. Savannah looked at Silitha and smirked, but her smirk had flattered when she had seen my face. I knew what my face was showing, a look of pure hurt and betrayal. She looked away.

"Oh, what we have here. You really think that I am going to be afraid of glowing eyes and tattoo. I think you are forgetting that demons are the most powerful in every realms," Silitha said while rolling her eyes. She continued,"It’s good know that you're not a human. So, what? But I am dying to ask Ashley, how are feeling, Ashley? Your best friend have betrayed you like this." She smirked at me. She was looking smug, quite enjoying her self.

I didn’t say anything. I really didn’t know what to say. My feelings were getting numb. Maybe it was for the best.

Savannah looked so sad, but she had covered it quickly. Her face was stoic now. I thought I saw water in her eyes. Maybe she was regretful about it.

'No, Ashley. She betrayed you! She can't be regretful. She is mocking at you. Can't you see?! She has lied to you. Don't get your hopes high!'

I really hate my mind sometimes. But it was the truth. Why did she do it?!

Suddenly, Silitha started to laugh, she seemed to have way too much fun.

"Oh my satan! I-it is priceless!" she said it while laughing on my misery. It was like she couldn’t control her self. When her laughter died, she said, "Okay. It was quite funny, guys. But we don't have all the time of universe, do we? So, let's start the party!"

After saying that, she started to recite  something in a different language. Her eyes had turned into pitch black colour, there was nothing in her eyes, it looked like a black hole. I coudn't understand any of it. I looked around, saw Savannah and Henry had worn blank expressions on their faces. But there was something, I could see that in their eyes. They were weary about the whole situation. Their shoulder were tensed.

I couldn’t ponder my thoughts that much because what just happened now. Around twelve figures had stood beside Silitha in a blink of eyes.

"So, like I said, I don't have so much time! I am going to finish the ritual. These demons will occupie and capture you, then I will deal with you later! My fellow demons and Andariel grab them!" Silitha ordered them.

I saw, those demons started to advance towards Savannah and Henry. They looked like humans, but their eyes were black like Silitha. They looked so ferocious and feral almost animalistic. Andariel was still in his form. They stood in front of them.

A demon snickered towards them and said,"Well, I am going for the girl first.
I am enough for them. Let me have some fun, guys," His eyes gazed down her body head to toe filthily. Wow, he was a perverted demon as well. He continued his dirty talking, "It's really such a shame that you have to die, darling. We could have so much fun,"

"Yeah, go ahead." another demon snorted.

That demon had stepped towards Savannah, she was looked unaffected by it. She merely blinked as he came, her face was blank. When he reached in front of her, she just gave him a smile, he looked at her confused. But he had gasped out loud soon, a sliver sword had gone straight through his heart. He looked at her shocked before a black smoke started to come out from his whole body, it had vanished in the thin air, and leaving behind his corpse at her foot. Savannah was standing there if nothing happened now.

Her sword was beautiful, it was long, two edges flat, but sharp. Its head was pointy and sharper. There were elegantly curved out some signs which were similar to her tattoo on her neck. Its body was silver and handle was almost white. It was sparkling in candlelights.

I started at her with my mouth agape in shock and surprise. I looked around again to see that everyone stood there stunned except Henry, he had his cute little smirk on his face.

'Snap out of it, Ashley! What cute smirk! That son of biscuit is the hunter! But why did he lie about being an agent? Did Savannah know him before it?!'

"See, you just get the whole thing wrong. You, demons are stupid. And you dare to say that you are powerful in every realms. But you and I know  very well that you are not only the powerful ones. There are many supernatural beings who are very powerful. Your mom just forget to teach you about it," Savannah said in a taunting voice as she held her sword in her right hand, kicked off the demon body far away from her.

Silitha was gritting her teeths in fury, her hands were formed into tight fists.

"You know if your mom really teach you something, you would know that who I am. But she hasn’t taught you. So, let me introduce my self. I am a warrior faerie, or fae." Savannah said.

Silitha started to laugh again. I thought she had gone crazy!

"Wow! That's great, you’re a faerie. Whatever, forget what I say, don't capture, kill them! I am going to finish the ritual!" Silitha said.

One of the demons had launched towards Henry. He pulled out his gun which was Smith and Wesson 5906.
He shot right between his eyes. His gun was also was curving out like Savannah. That demon was dead like the previous demon.

On the other hand, two demons had attacked Savannah. They started to circle each others. One started to swing a punch, and one pulled out a long knife to stab her. She gracefully dodged the attack, but grabbed the demons wrist who didn’t have knife, threw him to the other demon as he came towards her running. They just collided with each other. They got up attack her again.

But I couldn’t see that much because Silitha came in front of me with such  speed, it was vague for me. She stood in front of me with that huge knife, she wore a devilish smile that gave me shiver run throughout my body. She was reciting again, and the circle which was in this room started to glow in golden, and red colours. She was still reciting as she started to dive that knife into my heart.

I closed my eyes, so I didn’t have to see how I was going to die. Maybe this was how I would skip the reality, escaped from everything. I could hear that Savannah was screaming something. She sounded so frustrated and furious. She said something like why Charile hadn’t come yet and kept sending warning how she would kill Silitha. I could hear groaning and painful sound coming from the demons. I could hear the sound of gunshots.

I had braced my self that I was going to die, but that knife had never pierced through my heart. I heard a loud crashing noise, it sounded like something was thrown across this room. I opened my eyes, saw Charlie was smiling down at me. Then I saw Silitha had crashed into a stone wall. She was laying there. I looked at Charlie, I couldn’t function properly. My ear was ringing and head was pounding viciously. I didn’t smile back. Why should I? I saw her smile fell, but covered it up again and smiled at me brightly.

"I am sorry for being late. Warding this whole church and finding this secret room would take a lot time, I didn’t realised that! But yeah here I am, bitches. And you're going to die! Take that, you demon bitch!" after saying that she mumbled something and threw a fire ball at Silitha. She screamed in pain.

I looked around, saw one demon was choking Henry to the death, and another one was punching on his stomach. He was struggling, but some how he bended his legs and kick that demon on to his face who was punching him. That demon just went back a few steps. So, demons were really powerful than humans.

The one who was choking him, he headbutted that demon, when he felt gripped lose on him, Henry then elbowed him on his stomach. That demon stumbled backward, Henry immediately pulled out a knife from inside of his leather jacket and stabbed him in the heart. That demon was dead. He took a large gulp air and looked very exhausted. He was panting. Blood was dripping from his shirt, there were some cuts on his face.

'Where is that gun?!' I saw that gun was thrown a couple of feet away from him.

The knife was pointy, two edges not so flat and sharp which was also curved into signs. He was so distracted, he didn’t see the other demon came behind him.

"Henry, look out! Behind you!" I screamed out hoarsely.

He looked at me confused, then looked behind him. Before he could attack Henry, Charlie had send another fireballs on that demon. That demon bursted into flames, he had  stabbed the demon to put an end to his pathetic life.

I saw around nine demons were dead right now. Blood was flowing from their wound and coverd the dirty floor. But most terrifying was their eyes, it was burned. There were no eyeballs in the sockets, just nothing. The sight was gruesome and terrifying. There were Silitha, three demons, and Andariel left to finish.

"Charlie! Take them out from here, right now!" Savannah yelled out as another demon charged at her. She stepped aside, then back stabbed him.

"Yeah! I am working on it, she has  enchanted this damn chains!" She  said and started to recite something. I saw a ring in her right hand, it was glowing. The chains started to untied my hands. I looked at it astonishment and shocked. After two minutes later, my hands were free. Charlie was satisfied by her work. 

"Are you a faerie too?" I hesitantly asked her as I tried to sit on the stone bed.

"Nope, Ash. I am a witch. Look I know how you feel right now. Just give us a chance after finishing all of this. Please, Ash," She said softly and looking at my eyes. Her eyes held regret and pain.

I didn’t tell her anything, just got up from that bed. She sighed and went running back to Sam. She untied him the same way. He was still unconscious. I was thinking what Silitha had done to him, and what he would think when he woke up, or did he know about it?

Silitha came towards Charlie, punched on her face and kick her on shin, grabbed her ankle, and threw her away from him. Charlie hissed out in pain as she connected on stone floor. Silitha charged at her again and started to kick her on the stomach repeatedly. Charlie grabbed her right  leg and jerked forward. Silitha fell top on her, next I saw a knife came out from Silitha's heart. She pushed away her body, Silitha just laid there dead.
Charlie got up and pulled out a stone which was similar to her ring stone. Then I saw a circle was creating. I went there and gasped out loud to see the other side of it. It was outside of this church.

"Ashley, get inside of this portal. It will lead you to the car which is parking outside of the church. I am coming with Sam," She said. I hesitated and conflicted about it. When she saw the conflict in my eyes, she sighed and said,"Go. Ash!"

"But what about them?! We can't leave them!" I saw they were still fighting.

"Don't worry about it. Savannah and Henry can handle it! Just go!" after saying that she gave me a push towards that portal. I stepped into the portal and found my self sitting in the car.
