The first comment I got for coloring this suggested the second option, so that's what I decided to do. There's the pic, and here's an image of Vanoss' character in GTA 5.

I tried to design the wings similar to the sleeves. It didn't work as I planed.

And here's h20 Delirious. I tried to give him Delirious' face paint, while keeping his coat a realistic raccoon pattern. Also, there's my attempt at a raccoon version of his mask. Here's a picture of Delirious from GTA 5.
