My BNHA Story (part 3)
( This takes place right after Kirishima leaves )
~~Kirishima's P.O.V~~
I turn and walk away from her like a coward. Dammit. She probably hates me.
I walk down the hall, just staring at the ground. I wasn't paying attention and ran into someone. I quickly look up and see Deku.
"Hey, Kirishima, you seem distracted. Everything okay?" Deku asks me.
"Huh? Oh Yeah, everything's great!" I say as I force a smile on my face. He looked at me like he didn't believe a word I just said.
"Kirishima, I've known you for a couple months now, I can tell when something's bothering you." he replies. He saw right through my facade. My smile slowly turns into a frown. I sigh and look at the tiles of the floor.
"I'm just a little worried, I guess... for Fawn." I start out. Deku looks up at me, listening to what I have to say.
"I don't think she knows how dangerous Bakugo can be. But, the way she stood up to him, I was worried. She's way tougher than she looks and she didn't like it when I tried to apologise." I finish. Deku nods in agreement.
"Yeah, Kacchan can be really aggressive. But I don't think she didn't like it when you apologised. I think she doesn't want to seem like she can't take care of herself. She does look like a really sweet and kind person, but I think that's what makes her irritable to stuff like that. Maybe looking nice to her is like a curse, looking like your weak can mean people can pick on you more because they know that you wont fight back. But she's tough, so it catches people off guard. Especially with people like Kacchan." deku explained. I think I was starting to understand.
"--Plus, she told me and Uraraka that she had a pretty rough home life." Deku sort of said out loud. That part caught my attention. Sure, a lot of of us have family issues, like Tordoroki, Bakugo, and a few others. But it didn't cross my mind that she would have problems.
"What kind of problems?" I blurt out without thinking. Deku looks off to the side and rubs the back of his neck. It's like his trying to find the words to say it. That's never a good sign.
"Well... Her mom died trying to save someone from an avalanche when she was only a few months old, she lived with her dad for practically forever, and... well. He's very controlling, and he apparently hates hero schools. He hates them so much that Fawn's friends had to help her sneak out and drive her to the airport as fast as possible before her dad found out that she was gone." Deku explained. Holy crap. She ran away to come here?
"So that's why she applied so late?" I was starting to put the pieces together.
"No, She was supposed to start on the first day like the rest of us, but her dad stopped her from leaving."
"Who the hell is her dad then? He shouldn't have the right to keep someone from becoming who they want to be," I say with a hint of agitation in my voice.
"She didn't say. But I could ask All Might to help dig up some records and files,"
"Yeah, that'd be great. But don't make it sound like your being a stalker, alright?"
"Y-yeah, don't worry" Deku smiles. "I'll tell you if we find anything," he says as he turns and goes to the library.
~~Deku's P.O.V~~
I ran to the library while trying to remember Fawn's last name. She only said it once to me when we first met, oh gosh, what is it? 'O'Shima'? 'O'Shila'? 'O'Shauna'? Oh god, why can't I remember?!
I turn a corner and rush through the doors of the library. Her name is right on the tip of my tongue! Mr. Aizawa even said it when she first came to class! What is her name!?
"Oh, hello Midoriya. Didn't expect to see you here."
I look over and see Tenya standing over by the History books. I smile a little and wave to him
"Hey, Tenya. You know the new student in our class, right?" I ask.
"You mean Fawn? Yes, of course I do."
"Well, do you know her last name? I can't remember for some reason." I say honestly.
"Yes, her full name is Fawn O'Shira."
"O'Shira! That's it! God that was going to bother me for the rest of the day if I didn't know," I say out loud.
"Shh! Midoriya! We're in a library!" He whisper yells to me. I quickly shut up and giggle nervously.
"S-sorry, I forgot--"
"By the way, why do you need Fawn's full name?" Tenya asked, suspicious of my motives. I freeze on the spot, trying to think of a good excuse.
"O-oh, um, I, uh, just need her name for something, nothing important."
Tenya glared at me in disbelief. "You know, you dont want to come off as creepy to your fellow classmates."
My eyes widen a little "no, no, no! It's nothing like that!" I whisper yell "its just..." I pause and sigh. "Fawn told me that she had a pretty rough home life. And i just wanted to know who here parents were."
Tenya looked at me with surprise. "This seems irregular for you Midoriya... But I'll help." Tenya went over to a filing cabinet and opened it up. He scrolled through the names " 'Oshina'... 'Oshimza'... Aha, 'O'Shira' this should be her file." Tenya took out the yellow envelope and set it on the table behind him. He pulls out a chair and sits down. I pull up a chair next to him and sit down. He opens the file.
"Alright. Fawn O'Shira.

Tenya read her biography aloud and I listened with great interest.
"Is there anything else?" I ask Tenya. He looked at the other documents in the file.
"Not unless you want her grades from her previous school." He said as he stood back up and returned the file to its proper place in the cabinet. I sigh and nod,
"Well, thank you Tenya."
"Your welcome. Just dont come off so creepy next time"
I giggle a little and tub the back of my neck nervously. "Yeah, sorry- Thanks again," and I walk away, back into the hall from wence I came. I at least have Fawn's father's name. And that's all I need right now.
