Page in Wings of Fire Booklet:
~STRIKEWINGS~
Description: Strikewings are lean-muscled and, although lacking in the horns, have a long spike protruding the area between their brows. Their long tail can be used as a whip, and the tip of it attracts lightning strikes. They have giant wings and an extra set of fins near the base of their tail. Scales come in shades of a dull orange to a crimson red to a saturated purple, and their wings are foggy-browns and greys. Grey eyes, and barbed blue tongues.
Abilities: Can attract and use plasmic lightning strikes by breath (energy is located in a pouch on their throat) and an electric field surrounding their "horn". Powerful flyers. Some have been known to summon lightning storms with a flick of their tail...
Queen: Before the Great Split, Queen Thunder. Now, Prince Quiver and Princess Quake lead two seperate Kingdoms in close proximity to one another.

Alright! Onto the juicy details~ >:)
These gentle giants of the tallest mountain peaks are actually surprisingly shy, preferring to stay in the clouds with other Strikewings rather than socializing with the Phyrrian tribes. An agreement with the Skywings gave them the peaks above the clouds, where their two Kingdoms reign dominance even over the Skywings themselves.
In these two Kingdoms, Princess Quake rules over the Strike Kingdom, while Prince Quiver rules the Shock Kingdom, in which both sides of this spectrum are strong allies with eachother: Even when wars are rarely on the menu for this tranquil tribe. The Spire is the two Kingdoms' centeral meeting area: A ten-story tall, sharp, polished diorite rod, where the most lightning storms group up.
Now on to the ACTUAL tribe~!
Powerful back legs and thick forelegs allow them easy transportation and strength between the craggly cliffs of their home. Their diet? Mountain goats, large eagles and birds, and even the occasional mountain cat who traveled too far up the mountain ranges. Their colors range from pinks, maroons, reds, and oranges to greenish-wings to burnt-ocra scales to saturated purple; each of them have a different wing gradient from greys to dull oranges and greens and reds.
Their breath and energetic fields consists of stored plasma that they gained from grooves in their tipped tails and their singular horn, which their plasmic breaths get their power from pouches in their throat coated in a rubber-like material to prevent unwanted shocks (this is also what coats their vulnerable underbellies as well as the back of their arms and legs)
Wings are thicker than average and larger than a Skywing's, but not by much:
So ummmmm, yeah!
((Also, the brighter scales on their body are in a constant glow from bioluminescence they get from underground lakes and bodies of water.))
Im not good at describing things well, so if you have aaaaaaany questions let me knoooOOOoOOooow~!!
