Penny is a Shih Tzu and she is Honey's closest friend. She's known her since they were puppies! When Bolt got adopted by Branch Honey was all alone again (I will upload a full Backstory soon) But then she met Penny, who has been a stray since birth. When she met Honey she's showed her all the roots and survival tricks to being a stray.  Penny has been Honey's main bff ever since!
