Meet the rivals

Lighting Dust as the ear-rapist and dangerous High Note, Suri Polomare as the greedy cowgirl named Sheriff Bullet and lastly, Equestria Girls' antagonist Juniper Montage as the neglectful and evil Nurse Bloodshed.

High Note is one of NYC's most dangerous silent killer that puts people's lives a living nightmare. Hellish, Like the original Lighting Dust, she doesn't care about peace or quiet or everyone else's mercy, she plays with her red keytar only to perform disharmony. Just like the MLP show, she has an intensive rivalry with her nemesis Rainbow Dash who is of course Guitar Witch, Both of the girls are opposites of their own musical taste; Guitar Witch strums the wicked yet gentle sounds while High Note plays disastrous and deadly tones that people are not a fan of. 

Sheriff Bullet, a western themed femme fatale who's hungry for gold and pride. Similar to Dynamina, Sheriff Bullet will shot a bank owner for a 'cha-ching', she is a rival of Rarity who is of course Lady Confidence. Compare to the MLP show, Sheriff is eager to steal something from anyone including Lady Confidence, and she is attracted to her crystal powers and mostly wants to claim it all by herself. Sheriff Bullet's weapon are gun related armaments.

Ruthless and Careless, Nurse Bloodshed was never the perfect caretaker, Juniper Montage gets a job as an actress until she was arrested for her desperate crimes, thanks to Inspector Sunset, Midnight Mage and rest of the Mane 5. She not only receives a job as drug dealer but also works a nurse Lolita-themed villainess. Similar to original at the Movie and Mirror magic, Juniper is willing to get what she wants even if it means by giving drug 'disguised as candy' lollipops to people and shooting them with syringes filled with virus to them.

 Starlight Glimmer as Mrs. Sin Jinx

Mrs. Sin Jinx is a villainess of NYC, temporary wife of Mr. Karma Jinx (aka Silver the Hedgehog), and a threat to purity.

In high school, Starlight was one of the unpopular bullied losers, although she is not part of Twilight and Leo's group of outcasts, she remains as a misfit. Angered of getting the hate, Starlight makes a deal with a devil and becomes a woman who turns her mean classmates into sinners. Her throwing weapons ones that are being carried in her satchel, are her 7 bomb balls with colorful glows; The 7 deadly sins, she has a powerful weapon called the Bombsin. Mrs Sin has the ability to suck the victim or sinner's committed deeds whenever, like that one time she gains the energy from Raph's wrath, Mikey's gluttony, Sonic's slothfulness, Donnie and Casey's envy, Shadow's greed, April's lust and Flash's pride.

When she is confronted by Midnight, Mrs. Sin pelts her bomb balls at her, causing the mage to commit something sinful (Wrathful, Lust and Pride) only to be saved by Leo once he doused her some holy water to purify her to normal.

Despite being evil, Starlight has a genuine soft side for her parents and her mobian boyfriend Silver and who she loves so much. 

Meet my OC, J.L. Mae Angeles as X-Punisher (in age teenaged)

X-Punisher is on nobody's side, she is an anti-hero. Mae is intelligent, mature, violent and has deep hatred on men, specially if their perverts which 'causes the blonde girl to distrust boys: Donnie (who is a sexist to her), Shadow (who belittles her hopes), Knuckles (who is rude to her), Casey Jones ( who calls her 'Tinkerbell' much to her anger) Raph and Flash Sentry (for mocking her about her height). As X-Punisher, she is tasked on 'executing' criminals, she is a strong fighter despite her petite figure, along side with her sharpening 'scythe-axe-spear' staff or what she like to call it 'Scyaxepear'. 

She is best friends with the Mane 7 after they've showed her that not all men are cruel but some are nice like Leo, Mikey, Sonic, Timber Spruce. She has a young little sister, Mattea Angeles, Mae deeply loves her after their parents were murdered. Mae develops a sister-complex towards Mattea, she constantly saves her during the unexpected events at NYC. 

Karai Oruko/ Miwa Hamato is the police deputy director of New York City's police department.

Sassy, cunning, laid-back, Karai is the youngest boss of the police department when her late father Yoshi Hamato aka Master Splinter passed on she becomes the leader while her brother Leonardo stays at school. Despite being bossy and laidback, Karai takes her job very dead serious when it comes to odd magic lurking around the city. She obliviously thinks Midnight Mage is behind the dark deeds and is unaware she's friends with the magical latter disguised as a citizen.

She has complicated relations with: Leo (because of obstinance) the two siblings instantly quarrel but cares for each other and April, Karai hates her two-timing and debaucheries deeds.

Karai may not be magical, or has mutant abilities (yet) but her heroism stands out.

Luna as the legendary Necromancer

Luna is one of the most powerful women of the dimensions. She is a former teacher of Shining Armor who is her student, and a pretend aunt of Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle.

Luna may look like she's in her 20s but she is in fact a few years older, She is wise, elegant but creepy, ambitious, and quick-tempered. But holds a caring, gentle, misunderstanding, and motherly towards Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle. She can be naive and simple when it comes to cooking and socializing people however it turned out badly. Lucky for her Twilight and Leo were able to help her out.

Like Twilight who is having trouble with boys, Luna has the worst luck in men. Attractive and mysterious, Men in their 20s, 30s and 40s will die to ask her out and wanting to propose a marriage. Luna's suitors were mean-spirited, grouchy, vain, greedy, lazy and dishonest. She somehow met her old admirer Xever, who is a hidden mutant fish Fishface and is same age as her from a different dimension. Xever has an unhealthy obsession for Luna, stalking over her and tempts on forcing her to love him but she turned him down physically.

As Necromancer, Luna has magical abilities, Predicting the future and reviving the dead to live again. She can also vanish into thin smoke with her cloak.

TRIVIA:

This chapter is the first chapter that can show the few characters' introduction.

J.L. Mae aka X-Punisher is a parody version of Katana from DC

Luna's Necromancer was inspired by the MLP mages, However, Chrysalis is the Necromancer while Luna is a Umbramancer. So then the author rearranges it's role into Luna as Necromancer

In her design, Juniper's Nurse Bloodshed's hairstyle is similar to Lapis Lazuli's from Steven Universe

The author wished Wallflower Blush and Vignette Valencia  to be Sheriff Bullet and Nurse Bloodshed but the author other plans for them in the future. Maybe.....

One of the rival have the same style from Mobile Legends, thanks to my old classmate's fan interests. 

Mae and Mattea have grown up and both are now in the early teens; Mae is 16 years old and Mattea is 10 years old.
