Rouge the Bat as the sultry but dangerous female mobian of NYC

Rouge is the second in command of Shadow aka B.O.S.S, along side with his henchman Knuckles. Like the other female villains, Dynamina is a steampunk-themed femme fatale who took advantage on destructive objects, such as bombs, dynamites, mines and fireworks. Though she's not very stealthy due to this, and gets scolded by Shadow.

She happen to be seductive, playful (to all male mobians), smart, cheeky, envious and greedy. Along with Mad Hammer and Psychic, Dynamina despise Midnight Mage because her boss B.O.S.S has lustful feelings towards the bewitching heroine. Because she loves him very well. This theory and situation causes the mobian bat  jealous and urges to wreak havoc.

Her weaponry are explosives and flammable chemicals, followed by smoke bombs to evade. As a bat, she can fly.

Trivia:

Dynamina is a spoof version of The Human Bomb (except more evil and perilous) 

Dynamina has a dynamite look-like purse

She is best friends with Amy Rose, same in common of loving both male hedgehogs. (One's a hero and one's an evil sinner)

Her styles barely resembles one of the Mobile Legends girls.
