(I do not own the picture above.)
I was wandering around a dense forest of Planet S'quiltila in the late evening. This was one of my favorite planets to visit in the 23rd star system.
The forest has bioluminescent properties in the plant and animal life. Everything glowed in shades of bright pink to soothing shades of blue, it truly was a sight to behold. Nothing can compare to this planet.
As I looked around, I getting the feeling that I was being watched. I looked around but could see nothing out of the ordinary so I kept walking along the familiar path. I froze when I heard a stick snap from behind me. I slowly turn around and my eyes are met with four red, glowing, ones. The creature that stood behind me was a big reptilian creature with six legs and red bioluminescent stripes running down it back. Just then, two more appear from the bushes, hissing and baring their fangs. I turn and run as fast as I can, dodging fallen trees and other flora. but I stopped when I was blocked by a huge rock wall.
I look behind me and the pack of Lizard creatures surrounding me. I backed up against the wall as they inched closer and closer. I shut my eyes tight as a lizard lunged at me, knowing that I was going to be eaten. I heard a roar of pain and open my eyes. a giant wolf-like beast with green geode antlers and green glowing stripes in its fur grabbed the lizard that jumped at me in its mouth and threw it against a tree. it looked at the other two and growled menacingly, baring its pitch black fangs. The two lizards whimpered and ran away. The wolf looked back at me and walked over. It had purple eyes, a purple tongue, and a scar over its right eye. It was easily over eight feet tall and towered over me.
That's how I met Kota.
After Kota saved me from, what I later learned were, Red Forest Stalkers; we were inseparable. He and I go on many adventures together and have lots of fun. When I brought Kota back to my home, a lot of people were scared of the fact that their neighbor had an eight foot tall alien wolf living next to them, but after a while they got to know Kota and started to like him.
Me and Kota were going to the park like we do every Friday. Kota laid down under an oak tree and I sat next to him, reading a book. I could hear the little kids who walked by say 'whoa' as they saw Kota. And I can't blame them. Its not everyday that you see a creature like him curled up by a tree.
I give Kota a gentle scratch on his muzzle and he flicks his tail and hits me in the face with the floof. I giggle and give him a kiss on the nose,
"I love you, Kota"
