System Reboot

Tom was Cold. Emotionless. Obedient... Just how Red Leader wanted him. Tord wanted a soldier who would question him and carry out orders as intended. He broke Tom's spirit. Now it was Riley's turn.

Tord watched as his soldiers tortured Riley with The shock collar that was placed around her neck. She couldn't switch forms the collar kept her from doing so without a button pushed on the remote. Red leader watched her struggle, he found it amusing. 

"Bring in Thomas. I'm sure she'll listen to reason then." Tord said to Patryk. "Yes sir." Pat replied and went to go bring Tom.

Riley stood up shakily. She would not be broken by some red soldier. she was covered in bruises and had a black eye. the soldier chuckled and said to her,

"You pathetic little wretch. Just give up-" He kicked her in the legs, making her fall.

"That's enough." a new voice said. The soldier turned around and saw a man with a blue shirt, black tie, and black vest. he wore a visor over his eyes and looked as if he didn't have a soul. Riley looked up at the man and instantly recognized him as her husband. 

"T-t-tom... wh-what happened to- rgh!" Riley was grabbed by the throat and lifted to her feet.

"A bad wolf needs to be punished and taught how to obey." Tom said. Riley struggled out of his grasp, but was met with a nasty shock in her neck. Tom had the remote for the collar in his hand. Riley looked up at him in fear.

"let's start Training, shall we?" 

~Meanwhile~

Angel was walking through the city with her four year old twins, trying to find someplace that would be safer for them, out of Tord's grasp at least. Elias and Ella had barely ever left the base before, unless they were taken with their father. Elias would look around and ask questions about things he didn't recognize and Ella just smiled and looked around. 

After a while, Angel carried Ella on her hip and Elias held his mother's hand. Angel started to notice that they stumbled into the empty part of the city. angel noticed many red army symbols crossed out with green spray paint and the phrase "Befrielse og Frihet" next to most of them. Its was Norwegian for "Liberation and Freedom". Then it dawned on her, she was in Rebellion territory.

"Angel? Is that you?" a familiar voice said from an alleyway. Angel turned and hid Elias behind her. 

"Who are you?" she asked, willing to protect her children if necessary. The figure stepped out of the alleyway. He was tall man wearing green hoodie and a black trench coat, he had somewhat scraggly brown hair and a layer of stubble growing on his face. Angel took a moment, but finally recognized the man.

"Edd?" she asked for confirmation. He nodded but glared at the women. 

"what are you doing here? Your husband has already done enough damage to Europe as it is."

"Edd, I-- I left Tord... My children and I aren't safe with him anymore..." Angel said as Elias peeked out from behind his mother to see the man she was speaking with. Edd looked at the twins.

"How old are the twins?" Edd asked.

"They're four years old." Angel said. Edd looked at them one last time and sighed.

"Come along. You can take refuge at the Base... Luna's not gonna be happy about this." Edd said and lead Angel deeper into the alley. Edd flipped a hidden switch that opened up to a hidden stairwell that went down. 

"Welcome to the Green Rebellion." Edd said calmly.

Angel and her children followed Edd down into the base and the hidden door closed behind them. Angel saw many people busy with designing plans, keeping track of supplies and other things of that nature. 

"Edd! Your back! Good thing ya... What is she doing here?" Luna said as a small child peeked out from behind her. 

The small child had had midnight purple eyes, dirty blonde hair, hooves instead of feet, and dark grey goat ears. Elias waved and walked up to her

"hi, Im Elias" he said 

"i-im Daisy..." She replied. she is very shy, just like her mother was. 

"That's my sister, Ella" Elias said as he pointed to the little girl that Angel was holding. Daisy looked over and smiled. Edd looked at the children and smiled a little.

"Daisy, Why don't you go show him and her your room." Edd said. 

"Okay." Daisy said and too Elias' hand. Angel put down Ella and the little girl followed her brother. Daisy lead them down the hallways and to a room that had a coloring table, books, and a few stuffed animals. Ella and Elias looked around. Ella found a picture of a man with black eyes hugging a woman with long blonde hair with yellow eyes.

"Daisy, who that?" Ella asked as she pointed to the photo. Daisy looked and her ears went down. She looked at the photo for a moment and said sadly

"My mama and daddy..."

"Where are they?" Elias asked.

"A bad man took them away..." Daisy started to cry. Elias ans Ella gave her a hug, trying to make her feel better.

"Its okay." The twins both said. After that, they got along very well and became friends, not knowing the dangers of doing so.
