He's not a real werewolf, he was made out of ink. His mother and father worked in a cartoon factory in 1964, they wanted kids for a very long time but the woman was infertile so she couldn't have kids. The father was a bit of a psychopath and told her he can summon demons and ghost, the woman was a Christian but she wanted a child so bad. She was an artist and decided to draw Rex in all ages. The man summoned Satan and he made Rex from the drawing. They promised to always respect and do whatever Satan wanted, one day Satan tokd her to kill someone, but she believed in no harm to anyone. Satan then told the man to kill his wife, but he refused. They were both sent to hell and are now stuck in a dungeon, now Rex is an immortal man

Whenever Rex gets mad, sad, or stressed, he starts melting into what he was originally made from, which was ink. He calms down after awhile by killing the closest person to him..
