Hey, do you guys remember the thing I wrote in with Kannon? You know, the mention of one guy in particular who was really upset at Kannon for leaving? Well, this is the guy!

Everyone, please welcome Ceil! Yes, yes, I know. "Hey, why does he look exactly like Kannon? What's wrong with you? Are you just stupidly unoriginal?" Well my dear viewers, allow me to do, yet again, some more explaining! You know how I said Kannon wasn't a bad guy and would fight to defend people? Well here's a perfect example. When Ciel was thirteen, he stupidly ran off and picked a fight with some older guys. Of course the older guys whooped his butt and was about to permanently injure him, but Kannon stepped in and beat them up.

After finishing them off, he turned his attention too Ceil who was curled up in a ball and sobbing. Kannon threw a jacket over him and told him to stop sniveling like a baby, then promptly offered for him to join his gang to keep out of trouble. It went a bit along the lines of, "Hey Kid. Once you've stopped with your little pity party, why don't you come with me and join my gang? It should keep you out of being an idiot and getting into trouble. Like picking fights with guys you know will kill you."

Ceil immediately agreed and joined his gang, regarding Kannon in a kind of worshipful awe. As time went on, he continued to hero-worship him as the two became close. Kannon began calling him "Kid" even though Ceil was only two years younger than him, and treated Ceil like a little brother. So of course when Kannon announced that he was done with the gang, he was more then a little upset. After Kannon left, Ceil made it his personal mission to become a better fighter than him, find him, and then beat the hell out of him. Ceil copied Kannon's old look and took over the gang. Now he's constantly keeping up the name of "ruthless delinquent" in hopes of encountering Kannon once again.
