What is a Frijoilian?

Frijoilian are humanoid creatures that have large claws, loose/broken jaws, no necks, souls(Small orbs) caged in their stomachs(Skeletal structure can be seen since they don't have skin where their stomachs are supposed to be). They roam around dark areas and try their best to hide away from normal humans. These creatures have been thought to be the souls of people who have fallen victims to the lies of people they have trusted with their lives.

Depending on what lie they had in their past life will depend on the structure of the jaw, arms, legs, color, and place they will be found.

They can be rare to find due to their camouflaging appearance.

Diet

They are carnivores which means they will only eat meat. Their main food preferences are some large mammals, a few large bird, fish, and if possible, humans. They will eat around 7 pounds of meat before going into a neutral state, which allows humans to communicate with these creatures in peace.

In the state of hunger, they will remove a surgical mask that they wear at all times to keep their jaws from falling off and hunt as much food as they can before they reach a more threatening state, the Berzerk stage. Here, the creature will not be satisfied until the creature is restrained.

Defense/Hunting Strategy

These creatures use their claws for hunting and self-defense. Other methods of defense or hunting can be learned on their own or taught.

How to talk to a Frijoilian(30% guaranteed to get you out alive!)
1.) Approach creature while in neutral stage, slowly

2.) Do not try to capture it, it will do into rage stage

3.) Talk kindly or creature will go into rage stage

4.) When leaving, be polite or you will be killed

Size

Same as a human, no matter the age

Attitude

Neutral: Will talk and not eat you

Rage: 40% of talking and 100% of getting killed

Hunger: Run, your food

Berzerk: Dangerous and areas around go on lockdown

Unknown: No one is safe

Mating

None of these creatures can reproduce unless their god blesses them with the power to do so. Their small souls(that are hidden under their clothes(belly)) combine with their mate. They wait a few days and boom! They got a baby!

The baby will be only a soul. The parents will collect materials for the baby and make the baby's full body. Materials are mostly human parts and for the claws are pure shadows, which will soon turn into actual physical arms when they reach teenage years.

History

The first creature was thought to be a young boy who trusted his friend with his life. He trusted him too much. While they went exploring, the boy's friend promised to show him an amazing creature and showed him he did. The creature captured the boy and ate his insides. To get the boy to stop screaming, the creature ripped the boy's jaw off and tore his arms off as well so the boy would not try to hurt the creature. The boy's friend left the boy for dead as he took the payment that the creature promised him.

Once the creature had left, the gods felt sadness for the boy and brought him back so he could punish the liars of this world.
