I cringed at this drawing today.

The reason: my Ex-Boyfriend was my science partner and He complimented the WIP adopt and I showed him the drawings I made this week.

The thing that made me a bit shattered is the he said he never knew I was an artist.

Even though we've been in almost every single class together.

The reason I don't fully like compliments is that it makes it sound that my art is better than other people.

It's not.

Other people's art is close.

Any art.

Even starters, I find their drawings adorable.
