This is what I use to draw digitally. FYI they aren't free. So, if you are great at traditional and want to try digital, maybe look into these. I have to say, they are worth the money. Just make sure you want to stick with art!

The Bamboo is a drawing tablet. So basically, you draw on it like paper with the little pen thing. The SAI is a program you can use. Both are for the PC.
