I WISH I HAD BEEN THERE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. 

 My sister called me outside today claiming peacocks had gotten into a fight.  When I went outside, this is what I saw (pictures below). 

I PROMISE THOSE WERE NOT PLACED. 

That's actually what I was first thinking when I went outside. 

Someone must have placed them there. 

But...why? 

They looked like real peacock feathers, but there were too many for someone to have just dumped them there. Peacocks are protected in our neighborhood (even though they took over everything and just hang out on our porch pooping), so plucking feathers would be illegal. 

All I can say is that those peacocks lost a LOT of feathers today.

They kinda look placed, don't they?
