So, yes I have glasses but it is only when I am on my laptop or in my phone for more than 15 minutes so they technically are called glares and they will block most of the blue light in the screen and since all of the blue light is the thing making you get glasses most of the time unless they are reading glasses but technically yeah and also, when u see this, you might be like I've seen this because I have posted it on my Instagram!
