Orgin: Parents took him away from his home, Mobius. Until someone took him in. Scrouge the hedgehog took him in. Scrouge never wanted a son, until now. Quinn loves being with Scourge, like the father he never had.

Orgin: When young, Master Zen took him in. Parents died from Scrouge and his team. Now Raph knows his brother is out there, alive...

Likes: Training with Master Zen, and Jack, eating ramen, and meditating.

Dislikes: Jack scarring him,(He gets scared really easily...). Hates Scrouge and Moebius.
