So recently WalnutThePeanut created a book where it stars me, KaiyaCat09 and PowerToLePotatoYEET . I'm basically a dragon. WalnutThePeanut didn't create a palette for her yet so I wanted to. Here is her process:
1. Find a base.
This is not my own drawing. I don't know who made it and I Sorry. If you do know please comment so I can properly credit! Also I found this image on Pinterest

2. Find a hair basis.
I didn't really know what her hair should be so I looked up some references. I chose the first one

3. Basis.

4. I didn't know what her horns were going to be. I was going to have her horns a Opal color. But I didn't like it sooooo-

5. I choose red instead.
