Using her fans, she'll make a tornado, with her blades out and spinning in the tornado, anyone inside the tornado will be impaled by them. Rui is serious but could be kind with the amount of trust she has in you. Rui likes to meditate more often and be in quiet places. Rui's shipment is with Jesse McCree himself.
