Little Barbara Bear is a character I had dreamt of not too long ago. Barbara is a clown that loves to make everyone happy. Barbara is a 16 year old girl, her hair curly and short and rainbow pattern hair color. She wore makeup like a clown, with her white one piece clothing with different color patterns with white gloves. Her skin light brown, eyes emerald green, and she has white polar bear ears on her head. She has powers that would be magical like a clown would be. She's handy with her wand like staff for magic and her trusty red giant balloon as her transportation. Clowns are a race that has been locked up and used as slaves and servants for the Evil Queen. Barbara will do her best to get all the Clowns back and making everyone happy again.
