Now for the team that stood behind Hikaru and Hyuga through thick and thin!

Here are the Comets!

First up is Chuck!

Chuck is the God of Good Memories. As the patron of events that bring joy when remembered, he is a very cheerful deity that prefers to always look on the bright side of things, and will not hesitate to list one of his titular good memories in order to elevate the mood.

His job is to capture the happiest memories of humans, capturing small snapshots of the precious moments in small glass spheres (think Inside Out). The reason is to ensure that they endure for millennia, for humans should always hold on to what once made them smile.

Next up is Guy!

Guy is the God of Bad Memories. As the patron of events that humans prefer to forget, he is much more mellow than his counterpart, and has a tendency to bring down the mood by bringing up one of his titular bad memories.

As Chuck's opposite, his job is to capture the more somber memories of humans in similar glass spheres. The memories he captures may not be happy ones, but they're nonetheless important and deserve to endure.

Lastly is Reina!

Reina is the Goddess of Remembrance. As the patron of the very act of remembering, she has an infinite memory and quite literally remembers everything that ever happened. She comes off as a bit of a know-it-all, but is truly a kind deity at heart.

At the end of each day, Chuck and Guy bring her the memories they've saved. Her job is to keep and protect these memories to ensure that they can easily be recalled, storing them in her long pigtails until they are needed. When a human prays for a specific memory, whether it be good or bad, she sends it to them for speculation before rescinding it.

Together, they are known as the Keepers of Memory. Memories can be good or bad - you can remember them with fondness or you can do everything in your power to forget them. Regardless of what they are of, they are important for a person's self growth. They may not always be wanted, but they are nonetheless needed. That's why these three deities are needed.

(To be honest, I'm completely going off of the fact that Reina is an amateur photographer in the show.)
