I don't think this counts as a new OC, bc ive had him for like almost 2 years now. Uh
I've redesigned him twice now tho lmao
But uh yeah
I've had him since uh I don't remember if it was December or September(I'll look later) if 2016, but yeah. So I redrew all 3 of his designs a while ago, and yeAh :)

Sept, version 1. The idea behind him originally was just that he was a permanently 7 year old cannibal child, who's mouth was sewn shut. That was his whole schtick. Kinda sucked. His design kinda hurt my eyes too,,

Sept, version 2. The idea was the same as the first design, just that he had a new design. My issue with this design tho was that he looks wayy too much like a girl, and I didn't want that for him lmao. Plus it was getting a lil too far away from my original idea for his overal design, no matter if I've redesigned him,,

Sept, version 3. The idea for him has changed a bit now, and now he's an unknown age, and still a cannibal. His mouth is sewn shut still. He's had experiments done on him(hence the weird skin, the wire thins sticking out of him, his cheeks, etc. etc.) and he uh, he ate one of the people doing the shit to him, which got his mouth sewn shut. He still murdered people and escaped the place tho, so good for him :). Anyways, with the design I brought it back to my original idea for him and just made it so much better like mm. Good shit,,,

Some things i personally feel he should always have, no matter how many times I redesign him, are his really long closed off sleeves, his mouth sewn shut, his black & blue eyes, orange hair, some form of those stripe/wire things, a green shirt, some form of his mask, and the circle and X design on his chest/the chest of his shirt.

Anyways, this is Sept. I hope you love him as much as I do.
