That is Jasper, a Zorrocafé

Liquid; water
Short backstory; Orphaned at bi4th, his mother abandoned him and his father left his mother as soon as she found out she was expecting Jasper.
He was found and taken in by Willow and Geko and they've loved and cared for him ever since. Willow was not able to have kits of her own so Jasper was a blessing for the couple. Jasper is  still young and living with them now.
