They can be any NATURAL color and have any markings that are also natural. They must have light tipped ears and if they are darker that means they are tainted or rare- cropped eared hounds have no color and cropped ears are for hounds that have been kicked from their packs.

Night Hounds can turn into spirit fires if they have done a heroic deed sometime in life. Spirit fires are normally the opposite color from the hounds' eyes; if they aren't then the spirits where baby night hounds that passed away.
