Honestly, you would never see these two In the same room. But hey, you never know, right? Considering these two are both apart of my OC universe, I suspect for them to stumble upon each other at least one.
But anyways, I've had both of these characters for a couple years. Made them out of the blue.

Rainbow Rabies-

Rainbow Rabies was created In a lab, with no recollection of his past. Humans were striving for Immortality, but ended up with a rainbow canine that possessed rabies Instead. Rainbow has no exact gender, the reason for him looking feminine and masculine. Mostly referred to as He/Him. Rainbow, due to the experiments and rabies given to him, has been classified as Insane. How he's still alive, even I don't know.

DJ Neon-

DJ Neon, often known as Neon. Neon owns a club that goes by the name Club Neon and Is also the owner of a private pool. He Is often found In his club, or at the bar. Neon has an addiction to catnip, resulting In him being known to the public as crazy. But this feline really does have a heart. We're not sure what type of feline he Is, but he's the size of a large dog. We're also not sure of how he got his coloring...

Both drawings of the characters were Inspired by the song "Freaks" by Timmy Trumpet and Savage. I honestly think It fits them ^^
