Next is Fubuki!

Fubuki is the God of the Sea. He always wears items of his home turf - seaweed, seashells, a wrap made out of fish scales - but if need be, he can transform into any creature of his aquatic kingdom. Dolphin, shark, whale, crab, coral, you name it. In his human form, his hair is always moving even out of water, as if being pulled by an invisible current.

People often mistake him for a very easy-going, fun-loving god because of his element, but he is actually very serious in nature. All bodies of water are in constant danger of being abused by humanity, and it is his job to do everything in his power to protect those bodies and all of the creatures that reside in them from harm.
