For those who don't know: Age regression is a form of therapy that encourages you to access and relive your memories by reverting to a younger state of mind. Both involuntary and voluntary age regression can be triggered by stress, fear, insecurity, or trauma.

Name: Amber Rylands

Age: 29

Age when regressed: 2-3 years old

Personality: Childish, Playful, and Sweet

Likes: Ducks, Soft blankets, Watching Mulan (her favorite Disney movie), Coloring, and Having tea parties with her stuffed animals

Dislikes: Crowded spaces, Asparagus, Heights, Loud noises, and elevators

Why she regresses: Her childhood was not a good one, she doesn't remember much, but she remembers her parents yelling and hitting a lot.

When she started: She started to experiment with age regression at around 21 years old and she noticed it started to help her anxiety, so she kept doing it

When she regresses: She only does it when she's helped into little space or when she's anxious, nervous, or scared. She can act big outside of the house and is pretty good about being big outside unless something happens that triggers her into little space.
